Jeff is incredible. He's extremely responsive via text and phone calls, and is very consultative and knowledgeable about the product. Pricing was very transparent and he never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. The amount of questions I had to ask him were unnumbered, he is super friendly and easy to talk to! I was bummed our mantle wouldn't fit the desired MantleMount so he advised the way to get it done - build out a faux wall to shorten up the mantle depth. We got on the phone several times to discuss measurements, where to connect power, and how to make it look good. We got a contractor to build the wall and Jeff was on standby the whole week to answer questions and make sure we did it right! On the day of the installation, he and his son were professional and worked quickly. Even the wires behind the tv were neatly wrapped and coiled. They made several adjustments before, during, and after the mount was up to make sure we were completely satisfied. They also gave a lot of love to our animals and worked around them. Jeff really knows his stuff and is generous with his expertise. When he initially came to my house for a look see, I mentioned that my intercom wasn't working 100% right. It was a brand that he didn't service or support but he figured out the problem and got it straightened out. I tried to pay him for that but he refused my payment. When he came out to replace & upgrade my WiFi and install some smart lighting, he was great and efficient. (This was during the COVID-19 lockdown & he was safe and professional. ) Both systems work great. When my internet was down (of course it was Comcast & not Jeff's hardware), Jeff replied promptly to my texts and guided me through what to do - even though he was on a family vacation. My wife and I recently moved and needed a new tv, various additional audio equipment, security camera and wifi network.
