However, later found out that there was substantial damage done to one of the speakers I had installed (MSRP $999/each). I reached out to the owner and was told there was no way their team could've caused that damage and to return my products to the vendor. Pictures show this is clearly not an issue from use, as the driver is pretty much shoved in on one side. Notwithstanding, some of the work was not performed as initially discussed (i.e. ethernet cables to cameras were run outside instead of through soffits/attics), and the team was quick to make holes in the ceilings and walls (which ended up being in the wrong places). Given how things have shaken out, I cannot recommend this company for any work. Let the work speak for itself in the photos and see the other reviews online regarding damage. The free work Ron mentioned is shown below with the one ethernet cable hanging from the side of the house. I paid in full afterwards, so if I had high expectations or demands that were "met," I think the highest expectation I had was for them not to damage the very thing they're installing. I actually have texts from Mo partway into the installation where he essentially told me to install things myself because he thought they were too valuable for him to install (which was part of the services I hired them for). Also beware of some of the other positive reviews, as one just popped up that of course mentions "no holes" for similar set up and the initials match one of the employees on Yelp (Mo N.), but on Google and Thumbtack it shows two different names altogether for the same review. Seems like they're padding the reviews and photos so you won't see the work they did at my home.... They're also now threatening me via text to stop updating my reviews for calling them out. There's been a handful of 5 star reviews in the last 24 hours after posting my review used some old photos from their Thumbtack and website (which they removed and replaced).

They didn't just stop at audio/video setup either. They connected all of our TVs, shades, and thermostats to a single, easy-to-use app on our phones, making our home smarter and more convenient than ever. Mo, in particular, was outstanding--knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly focused on customer service. Not only was the entire experience smooth and professional, but the cost was also significantly lower than other quotes we received. We'll definitely be using Twizted again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for smart home or entertainment system services. A+ experience all around.

From the start, August was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our equipment options. He assessed what we had in the home currently and made a few upgrade recommendations to take our system to the next level. What I appreciated most was that August didn't sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need and explained everything in a way that was easily understandable. Quality Connection's service team was extremely professional and did an amazing job during the install. They were very willing to work with us to place the speakers in a location that we wanted, even if it meant a little more work on their part. The team took great pride in their work, setting everything up as I would expect (clean, wiring out of sight, etc.) and even took the time to walk me through what they were going to do before they did it. What impressed me the most was that the team went above and beyond, organizing the mess of wires we had formerly in our audio cabinet, and recalibrating our surround sound speakers for optimal sound quality. And they did it all with a smile on their face and friendly conversation to fill the time. I would 100% recommend August and his team at QC for any of your AV needs. These days good service is hard to come by, but you'll find it with QC.

My wife and I recently purchased a single-family home which was a significant graduation from…read moreowning a condo that brought about a number of new responsibilities and complexities. Additionally, this home was a new construction that brought added variables in the form of options to implement and customize. The logistics of buying are always taxing which is to say nothing of moving and initial setup. It was this "initial setup" where Auggie and his team's expertise shined to quickly bring our new home from an ominous "TODO list" to a place that we felt both comfortable and safe. Auggie started by first walking through the home with me and demonstrating his encyclopedic knowledge of all things pertaining to connectivity, audio & visual hardware, as well as monitoring & security. He not only used his knowledge to enumerate the options available to us but really demonstrated a commitment/empathy to our needs which were prioritizing safety, connectivity and then conservatively scaling into A/V options (having just dropped a lot of cash on a down payment). There was no upselling. He built us a min-viable plan while providing cost-tiered options thereafter (for us to both get a sense of trade-offs but also for us to have a sense of what to consider long-term). It felt selfish on my part in that I did not have to do deep research on these different subjects but rather I could pose my "stupid" and numerous questions to Auggie to be met with a quick reply that capably addressed my knowledge gap. He made it easy for us to decide to work with him. Once we aligned on scope, execution came next. On this side of things, there existed the same, relentless commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite having many concurrent projects at the time (also a good signal), they worked hard to set us up quickly after moving into our new home. The installation staff was prompt, diligent and professional in setting up our home but also very affable and patient with respect to walking me through how to understand and utilize our system. We are very happy in our new home thanks to Auggie and his team. There's more work to be done in the future and, based on our full experience, we will certainly call upon Auggie when that time comes

Their price was higher than the others, but their solution to in-wall wiring was more comprehensive and flexible than any of the others. On the day, they showed up on time. They asked me a bunch of questions about where exactly I wanted the TV on the wall. They were very careful and meticulous, even about things like how to lift and move the TV, and they had no trouble with some power wiring complications related to how my TV interacts with my home automation system. Another company I had spoken with had quoted me more than twice the price, I guess because the cameras they use are fancy or something? I don't know, because the ones Ernesto installed are great and doing precisely what I wanted. When I was on my search for home security cameras, I kept mostly finding things like ADT, SimpliSafe, or something else that was largely about selling you the monitoring plan; the equipment I think was less expensive but then you're paying for the monitoring. I am not generally a fan of the everything-is-now-a-subscription-or-service thing nor do I want to be beholden to whatever rates a company decides to charge. Some of those also were self-install options, which didn't interest me at all. They hooked up several cameras at our home to provide various views, including the basement since I wanted to be able to see what's happening down there when I'm upstairs. The system has a hard drive that can support up to eight cameras. We can save photos, videos, and also play back to see what happened earlier in the recording on the various cameras. Although they could have provided a monitor, we don't really have a place for it so we simply have an app on our phone through which we can view the cameras. I'm not sure why, but I thought it would go much more quickly than it did. I have no frame of reference to know how long it should have taken so that's not a criticism. It took about six hours total but having it done well was the most important part. I would highly the crew at 606 installs for their professionalism, reasonable rate, and excellent work.
