He delivered an actual quote, worked with us on the tight move-in window for our building, and kept in contact throughout the process. His team did a great job communicating day of. They took great care with our belongings, with Alex and his two fellow movers were polite and made sure that our belongings were safe. They loaded the truck in 40 minutes and were done unloading at the new place within the next hour. All the furniture was wrapped well and they also brought some wardrobe boxes to use for my clothes. The whole process beforehand was super easy, too. The office was friendly and diligent and they let me know about all the extra costs that could come up during the move.
