Pricing was very transparent and he never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. The amount of questions I had to ask him were unnumbered, he is super friendly and easy to talk to! I was bummed our mantle wouldn't fit the desired MantleMount so he advised the way to get it done - build out a faux wall to shorten up the mantle depth. We got on the phone several times to discuss measurements, where to connect power, and how to make it look good. We got a contractor to build the wall and Jeff was on standby the whole week to answer questions and make sure we did it right! On the day of the installation, he and his son were professional and worked quickly. Even the wires behind the tv were neatly wrapped and coiled. They made several adjustments before, during, and after the mount was up to make sure we were completely satisfied. They also gave a lot of love to our animals and worked around them. He is extremely friendly and professional, and was very thorough on ensuring the placement of the mount was to my liking. He is also very reasonably priced (even though, I have to admit, I didn't price shop around). For what he did, I felt the price was fair and well worth it. We had 2 mount jobs- one into a stone fireplace, and one into a wood built-in. Both jobs, I would not feel comfortable doing myself. I am giving him 5 stars because he came and mounted my TV Tuesday morning, but upon leaving, I realized it was crooked. I texted him, and he was back on Wednesday morning to fix it. I want to be clear though that he didn't mount the TV crooked. The wall he mounted it on had a slope, so for the TV to appear straight, he had to put some screws in it to give it some slant. This was against his wishes (they were mine) because the level indicated that the TV was straight already, which it was. It was the perspective of it against the crooked wall that made it intolerable for me. He fixed it with some discussion and a smile and I am happy with the finished project. He was polite, professional and competent. Things are as good as it gets, but the was late by about 30 minutes on each day. However, he picked up my phone call on Tuesday when I inquired about his whereabouts, and on Wednesday called me to say he was running behind. He was apologetic for being late and expressed his wishes that he was not making me late for anything else.
