After successfully repairing the TV, they mounted the TV free of charged and help with hiding the wirings. This TV is 85" and weights 100 pounds. I was expecting them to leave after fixing the TV, but they stayed until they verified: 1) TV update is completed and successful 2) tested sound of exterior/internal speakers 3) helped me configured my Google Home integration on my phone 4) tested a few streaming apps for video/audio. In addition, they gave recommendations about the current mounting brackets. Even after I left, I found an issue with a couple of apps. They debugged through texting and eventually found a solution that rectified the issue. When I first called AV, Paul gave me his full attention and knew, understood exactly what I wanted. Paul and Pedro arrived on-time (8:15 on Wednesday morning), informing me when they arrived. When they arrived, they took time to move my furniture, clear and cover the work area. They treated everything with care and respect. Paul carefully examined the TV, wall, mount and surface area. Paul gave me options about the location of the mount and positioning of the TV. As they worked, explanations were provided frequently and regularly.
