I went in with high hopes, having had positive interactions in the past, but this time was very different. I explained to the technician that my screen wasn't functioning. He confidently offered to replace it in about 5-7 minutes for $157 (or $155 via Zelle). After a quick comparison with another store that quoted $225, I decided to proceed. When he finished, I noticed the screen looked blurry, and there was a warning that said "unidentified part detected." When I inquired about it, he mentioned a genuine part costs more and didn't let me know a non-genuine part would be used. I would've preferred to pay for the real deal! Things escalated quickly. He became visibly frustrated, saying he'd need to talk to his boss. After some time, he returned but had reverted my phone back to the non-functioning screen! When I asked why, he couldn't give a clear answer. In the end, he refused to give me my phone back and actually demanded $50 for the service I never received. Feeling cornered and frustrated, I ended up having to call the police--something I've never had to do before! If you're considering G7 Electronics, I really don't recommend it unless you're looking to experience disappointment.

Wonderful costumer service and quality work. I had a pair of early 1960's AR3 loudspeakers that…read moreneeded some love. Not only were the woofer surrounds refurbished (keeping the original cloth surrounds and paper cones), but the midrange drivers were rebuilt, and the tweeters had been recovered with the absorbing acoustic material. The crossover networks and pods were rebuilt from scratch, while maintaining access to the original speaker terminals in pristine condition. A true driver restoration and electronics upgrade. These newly refurbished loudspeakers took a few weeks to break in, but when they did, the soundstage was deeper and wider than before, the mids came alive in a sweet and clear way, making vocals more vivid and detailed but never harsh, and the bass became more refined and detailed with just enough bloom to make itself present but not overpower the presentation. The AR3 sound is not for everyone, and I go back and forth between these and other speakers. No loudspeakers is perfect, but my restored AR3 loudspeakers are wonderful and I enjoy them, worry-free of damaging my gear.
