I assumed most of this was normal and expected for not going to an Apple Store, and this was the price for getting the screen fixed at a much cheaper price. I ended up getting my screen shattered again and was gonna go back here, but he was closing soon and had no time. I went somewhere else to get it fixed. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they asked if I previously had my phone fixed by someone else, which I said yes to. They told me how my phone had several missing parts and how the touch ID not working wasn't normal. They fixed the touch ID, the screen, and the home button for no extra charge. They charge a $45 deposit fee at dropoff that goes toward the device repair, mostly so you remember to pick up your device within 30 days and they aren't doing repairs for nothing.
