I brought my phone in that evening, and the gentleman who helped me could not have been nicer. He was thorough, efficient, helpful, and friendly. My phone was entirely fixed, and it only cost me $49. I couldn't believe it. It was HALF the cost of what other places were quoting me, and the phone looks brand new! I bought three laptop computers from my old place of employment. I wanted the computers moved from company computers to personal computers, meaning I didn't want a login in when you turned on the computers. I wanted it to go straight to the desktop. They told me they could do this. I was given a date the laptops would be ready. I went the day after because I couldn't pick them up on the day the computers were finished. I was told the computers where not done and to come back to tomorrow at a particular time. Instead of going in the next day I called. The person said over the phone he needed to check. He called me back about 45 minutes later to tell me my computers weren't ready yet but they would be ready tomorrow morning when they opened. I went there the next day when they opened. He called someone and they said the computers still weren't ready and the would be done by the evening. I started to think my computers were stolen. I did get my computers before they closed that day. Before I left I checked to see if one worked. I didn't totally get what I wanted. In order to use it I would have to browse as a guest, which would take me straight to the desktop. I couldn't just turn on the computer and go straight to the desk top. At this point I'm okay with that. I did turn on another computer at the store, however, I didn't look closely (my fault) and the person behind the counter said I could log on as a guest user like the other one. I paid and left. I went to go sell one computer and lo and behold, the problem I needed to be fixed wasn't. I couldn't log on as a guest user, it required a login. I gave that one away. I checked the other two laptops and only *one* allowed me to get to the desktop; the other one does not. I will need to go to another store to get it fixed. They seem nice but with the disorganization and only fixing one computer for the cost of three gives them one star. read more

I dropped my phone unfortunately and it cracked near the power switch I could not see anything so I ended up coming to Cell World the next day. Sameer was very helpful and he provided my phone to another Network and my phone was repaired the next day. I couldn't receive the phone at the time because I was going out of town but Sameer understood this so he gave me a loaner until I came back. The price for repair was reasonable. My phone works fine and it looks good and I'm definitely putting another case on it. They responded immediately with a very fair price to repair my phone. I dropped the phone off and just a few minutes later it was repaired and I was on my way. I asked owner for quote and let him know I would most likely be there on the weekend late afternoon . I show up after driving a half hour and the business was closed during business hours.I message him through Yelp and he said he was sick and didn't come in. He said he would try servicing my phone possibly without coming back. I'm not sure how but I said ok. I message him on Monday for an update and he tells me he's working on it. I messaged him again on Wednesday because had not heard from him and he said he's not working that day. I'm assuming the business is closed again during business hours because it seems like he has no employees since he was sick on Sunday and the business was closed.I message him again said the next day and he told me he was with a customer and he'll get back to me and never got back to me. The owner is very unprofessional. I'm surprised he has a business at all acting in that manner. After three days of waiting for my phone to be fixed for a backlight issue (they told me one), I get an e-mail saying it will be ready for pickup at 6pm. I go to the store and I'm told it isn't there. Honestly, the fact they didn't have a technician in store should have been a red flag. I have never seen that before. The clerk tells me I have to wait another day, or go to Devon ave. to get it. "It's only a 15 minute drive"...Thanks for assuming I drive. This is of course, after he mocked me the day before for only having my cellphone as my only phone. "Wow, really? Wow." When I get to their Devon branch, where it never should have been sent in the first place, (I went to a neighborhood shop on purpose) I'm told they pulled my motherboard. This is not a repair that I authorized, much less was informed about. At this point I was concerned they were going to jack up my estimate. Good news part of the story, I had written a yelp review before I left for Devon and their manager had apparently seen it. They gave me 20 bucks off, but then proceeded to try and upsell me a new screen and various other replacements. Really not the time or the place. They just wanted me to remove my yelp review in exchange. I would have considered it, except for the hour long bus ride in the freezing cold and the harassing e-mails in my inbox when I got home about taking down my yelp review calling me impatient and telling me I fail to understand how complicated cell phone repair is. Once again, I have never had a single repair take longer than a lunch break. So I get it. I'm not impatient for thinking I can pick up my property at the place I dropped it off at the time I was told to expect it. That is not impatience, thats expecting professionalism. I went to this shop to have my iPhone 6 screen repaired. They offered a very reasonable price and there was a 20% coupon available. What they did not tell you, was that the coupon was supposedly already applied to the price that they gave you over correspondence. I just feel like they should have made that clear from the beginning. Thankfully I had extra cash in me just Incase. As for the actual repair itself it did not take long, but there were yellow spots on my new phone screen. I asked the tech what it was and he said it was because the screen was being replaced and some of the glue had come off when he took off the previous broken screen. I honestly can say that I was not even 80% satisfied. I recommend direct repair on state. They're a little more expensive, but on the bright side there is a Chipotle next door where you can enjoy a margarita and a bowl while you wait on your new screen.
