I always come here whenever I have an issue with my phone -- the service is awesome, and they've always been able to repair the problem. The prices are also super reasonable, so if you need something fixed, just go! It will probably cost less than you think, and save you a lot of stress from your phone/tech not working. I first went 4+ years ago because I broke my headphone jack off in my phone. It was an easy fix for them and I felt silly for waiting so long to come in. My boyfriend has taken his different phones in for various issues, usually screen-related: cracked, non-responsive, distorted, etc. They've always been able to repair/replace it quickly. Overall, I trust the quality of their work, the prices are reasonable, and they're very kind. I highly recommend them! read more

I was initially very pleased with the quick turnaround and friendly service when I had my iPhone screen replaced. They were pleasant and professional and we exchanged a bit of humor over the phone and in person. Unfortunately, just two weeks later, a noticeable black blob appeared on the new screen near the Dynamic Island. This looks like OLED screen bleed or a defect. The phone has remained in a case with a screen protector the entire time and has not been dropped, bumped, or otherwise mishandled. Given the timing (only 2 weeks after installation) and the specific location of the spot, this issue is almost certainly the result of either a defective replacement screen or a problem during installation (such as trapped dust, adhesive, or pressure damage). It is not consistent with normal use or accidental damage. I offered to bring the phone in so they could inspect it in person, but they declined and immediately dismissed the warranty claim without examination. While I understand repairs aren't perfect, I'm disappointed they are unwilling to stand behind their work and honor the warranty on what is clearly a post-repair defect. I went from a satisfied customer who would have returned and recommended them to someone who can no longer do so. Potential customers should be aware that warranty support may not be reliable here. EDIT: Contrary to the response below the phone was never physically inspected. Rather, the response was based on a set of photos sent showing the issue which, alone, would be virtually impossible to come to a conclusion of physical damage versus defective product. As a customer, you are in a no win situation here as no matter what happens they are going to blame you and not the manufacturer or installation for the problem. read more

I took my iPhone 14 Pro Max to repair the screen. He replaced it with a hard OLED screen, which only lasted a couple of weeks. When I returned to the store they told me that since the phone was working when o left their store they didn't take any responsibility. It's absurd how they can charged $170 for replacing the screen for a cheap hard OLEd one which they know will break easily again and then they take no responsibility. They just want you to pay them again. Do not use these guys. They are a scam. Contact 312 Tech instead. They did a more honest work. Grant immediately noticed the hard OLED screen and replaced it for a Soft Oled which is way more durable and it's the original one used in the phone. read more

Don't recommend this place. Brought my water damaged phone in and they diagnosed and said they could repair. New screen, battery and $300 later my phone was fixed. Was initially pleased with quick turn around. 2 weeks later my phone completely stopped working out of nowhere. When I brought it in they took a look and said there was nothing they could do. (Phone was in exact cosmetic condition as it was when fixed). The water issue had spread to the board. They do not work on boards and said they would not refund my 2 week old repair. Very displeased in how little accountability they gave in the matter. Had to buy a NEW PHONE on top of the wasted $300 in 3rd party parts (Which is another reason why I don't recommend). Would've been better if they just said we can't work on water damaged phones. Wish 0 stars was an option read more

The staff here said all thry coild do was sell new batteries or replace a screen, nothing else.

The delete key on my MacBook Pro stopped working on my work computer, so I had to quickly get it fixed. I spoke on the phone with them first and made an appt for the next morning to get it looked at. The total charge included getting my battery replaced as well, which is something I've needed for the last year. Luckily for me it was a great 2 birds one stone deal. They did everything by the next business day and everything worked as expected. 50% deposit and balance upon completion. Super straightforward. The best part is that they are professional, communicative, and you can tell they aspire to high quality all around in their operations. I'll be coming to them next time I need a repair or upgrade. Excellent work. read more

I had trouble with my charging port on an iPhone. He looked at it under a magnifying glass and removed a whole lot of stuff that had gotten packed in there(food, dust?) and then it worked perfectly! it took about ten minutes , then he refused money, said it was on the house! Just really top notch service and beyond! read more

Easy and transparent pricing, courteous and professional staff who know how to give clear ETAs on phone repairs. Strongly recommend supporting this local, small business! They did a better job outfitting my smartphone with a screen protector than the cell phone shop people did whenI first got it. I'll be back for any other phone TLC needs. read more

These guys are the BEST. My iPhone X had a small crack in the screen that eventually spiderwebbed. I called around several places but was quoted extremely high prices for just the aftermarket screen. Jenny was very knowledgeable! I was greeted warmly and told what the process was. I got the original screen replaced, plus a screen protector for way under the cost of the other business les in the area. When I returned 1 hour later my phone was like brand new and they even gave me a free iPhone case!!!! Yes free. She said she'd rather prevent me from having to come back so she wanted me to protect my phone. I'm taking my old iPhone in to see if they can repair it. I really loved my experience with these guys. I didn't catch the name of man who fixed my phone. He was awesome too! read more

These guys were great! They got back to be extremely quickly and were up front with timelines and cost. Had a battery replaced in my laptop. Was able to make an appointment after working out the details over the yelp project manager. Was able to get my battery replaced in about an hour. They even cleaned the fans and and made my track pad work like new! read more

Dropped my iPhone last month while using it for a work assignment. Went to iFix iBuy iSell and they replaced the glass on my iPhone 11pro in under a half hour.  Their work is seamless and it lasts. Highly recommend! Their team has well over 20 years experience, they fast, and they know what they're doing. Additionally and very importantly, they are honest and fair business people. I would highly recommend iFix iBuy iSell for any of your cell phone repair needs.  I was so grateful that they were able to help fix my phone so quickly read more

Jenny was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had been told the iPad was not reparable but I continued looking. What a good find, not only was my iPad repaired, I only had it 5 months before the mishap, but they had it ready in 3 days. What fast service, what precise repairs, and it looks like the day I got it for Christmas from my kids. If I have future problems with another product (hope not) I will be sure to contact iFix iBuy iSell for fast and good service and a fair price. read more

WORTH YOUR TIME, MONEY. VERY HONEST PRICING AND FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I searched for a good phone repair shops withing the neighborhood and asked for quotes on how much to repair the camera glass cover of my iPhone X. Most of the responses I received were "$49, $85, $30" but Jenny from iFix iBuy iCell first responded to me telling me that she'd check with their head technician. This caught my attention because I thought, "okay, they're taking their time to properly give me a quote" then by the end of the day, Jenny responded back to me saying that I should call them because my situation is hard to explain over email or text. Btw, my iPhone X has had an open cracked camera glass for over a year and I've ducttaped it to avoid further damages. So I called the store and Jenny answered. She recognized my name from my quote and I really appreciated that. She explained to me that fixing my phone is no problem but it was labor intensive. My quote was $150 and to me, that sounded reasonable than the cheaper quotes I received from other repair shops. I only say this because I've done my fair share of research on how to fix my phone and it needed to be opened up to make sure no debri went into the camera. Usually, I go for the cheaper option, but I spent so much money on my phone that I wanted to get it properly fixed. I knew that the cheaper quotes I got would only take out the glass screen from the outside and cover it with a new one. And this wouldn't do my phone, time and money justice. When I came into the store 4 days after I called, Jenny remembered me from our conversation which is AMAZING. Most just want your money and won't even try to bother remembering your name and case. Her and the main technician whos name I can't remember (IM SORRY) were very welcoming and honest. Honest about the pricing. I left my phone to be repaired for 2 hours and I didn't have a problem waiting because the neighborhood keeps you busy with restaurants and shops. When it came time to pick up my phone, the technician showed me my repaired phone and told me one thing that he noticed with my camera. He showed me that there were 2 spots on my camera lens but it's only obvious on light/white backgrounds, which I've seen before after having it ducttaped for a year. He told me that he thinks that it was not a big deal because replacing the actual camera would cost me more. I appreciated that honesty because I would assume other shops would try to get me to spend more. But they didn't. Jenny also told me to invest in a better case with higher lips around the phone and the camera so the same thing happen again. She didn't try to sell me anything extra, just gave me an advice which was awesome. I have no problem sharing my amazing experience with this shop as you can tell. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone in need of their devices repaired and I know that I'll be coming back to get my laptop's battery replaced sometime in the future. AND if I need to repair my devices again. read more

They were outstanding and did a great job on my daughters phone. If you need a repair on your phone this is the place to go!!!

Came here for a cracked screen. Fixed it and all was good. Ended up cracking small piece was told one thing by male owner then Female owner was rude when Info I got was different than what her husband told me about the price if you broke it again. I called back to clarify. Was completely calm and explained what happened. The guy starts yelling at me. Seriously who yells at a customer? They seem to do good work, maybe I caught him on a bad day, but the lady needs a class in customer service. They both do. If I called yelling that would be one thing but I didn't. Tread carefully they smile and are nice until you follow through on their offers read more

REPEAT CUSTOMER! It is so valuable to have a trustworthy & knowledgeable cell phone repair company in your corner - iFix goes beyond! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Over the years they have repaired our iPad charging port, fixed a broken iPhone screen, replaced an iPhone battery, sold us a brand new iPhone 7, cleaned the corrosion inside an iPhone X (that was not working but worked perfectly after a visit to iFix). We have recommended them to many friends - all who have been appreciative of the recommendation. read more

I have only written a handful of reviews, EVER. But in the case of iFix iBuy iSell, I felt compelled to speak up. Especially after the aggravation of dropping my phone and breaking the screen badly, I was prepared for a gruelling experience getting it fixed... ***WRONG!*** The whole process of dealing with this company was simply delightful! Who knew? They were knowledgeable, extremely courteous, FAST, and quite affordable. This experience was a rare exception to the reliable old adage: "FAST, CHEAP, GOOD... pick any 2". I got all 3. MY observation: it's hard to conceive of how this transaction could have gone any better, unless I hadn't broken my phone in the first place. read more

Impressive customer service!! The charging port on my phone had been giving me problems for about a year, and I thought I might need to buy a new phone. Then I randomly walked by the shop one day, and called them (since we need to call first during pandemic). Right there on the spot, they took a look at my phone and determined the port just needed to be cleaned. They fixed it while I waited. And 10 minutes later, for only $20, now it's like I have a brand new phone! They even took the time to fix the screen cover/protector for no extra charge, without me requesting it. They will be my first choice for any hardware issues going forward. read more

Thank you...thank you...thank you. This is an honest business that does exceptional work. I thought my screen was cracked but the cover screen was cracked. It would have cost $275. What's a chick to do when her cell only stays charged for an hour, and she can't afford a new phone? Go to iFix for a new BATTERY! I've got a cell that is, by current standards, kind of a dinosaur. It's not in the budget right now to get a new phone, and the cheap crap battery I bought on EBay was worth about $6 less than the $6 I paid for it. I popped in here, the woman behind the counter fixed me up with a new battery and I'm back in business. $10. Immediate new battery that stays charged way longer than an hour. I'm a textin' fool once again. read more

I had a cracked screen and endured a fading battery on my iPhone 8. The phone's been working great for years and not ready to plop down for a new one just yet. Sue Choi at iFix was so much help, offering varying levels of repair without any pressure. She also gave me a free plastic guard for the new touch screen. She put it on. Not me. Looks like a windexed window. How awesome is that? They also sell used computers and iPads. A repair service for devices is like a mechanic for a car. It's built on trust. I'm coming back! read more

I had a fabulous experience here and their customer service was stellar! Marcus and Daniel were extremely clear on what had to be done. $89 to repair a cracked screen, $99 if the LCD is damaged. They can fix a phone if you're in-store in about 15 minutes. I usually don't write reviews for establishments other than restaurants, but they did a fantastic job and deserve a shout out (to add to the numerous glowing reviews). A cracked screen and distorted LCD display was the last thing I needed on a Friday night. I sent a request for a quote very late on Fri (it's a new feature on Yelp that lets you request quotes through the "Messages" and Yelp indicates how quickly the manager usually responds i.e. "responds within 3 hours"). The owner, Marcus, responded within a few hours and provided the pricing and time frame that I needed. By 10:30am on Saturday (not even 12 hours later), I had my phone screen replaced and it looked good as new. They even added on a tempered glass screen for free (because of a misunderstanding on the Yelp quote). Also, you can purchase a Yelp deal online on the iFix business page: $5 for $10 off and redeem it via app or your email. The lowdown: quality repair, prompt quotes, communicative staff, and a customer-focused environment. Great experience all around; hopefully I don't have to frequent a repair place anytime soon, but I'd come back for all my repairs in the future. Thanks Marcus & Daniel! read more

Wow, I'm super impressed with iFix! I initially took a used 2013 Macbook I had purchased to Jenny and Marcus after one of the keys stopped working. After a free inspection, Marcus recommended that I replace the entire keyboard for $150. I wasn't quite ready to spend that amount of money, so I ordered the spare key part myself on eBay. Once it arrived and I tried to fix it though, it seemed as if a necessary piece had fallen out during Marcus's inspection. I returned to the store to inquire, and Marcus was extremely kind and not at all defensive. He let me compare my laptop to one of his testing laptops and use his tools to investigate further alongside him while he worked. He also offered to take my laptop once more for another inspection. In the meantime, I called other local repair shops, and one quoted me $170 for a keyboard and battery replacement (my battery was also very old). After his second inspection, Marcus quoted $80 for the single key replacement. I shared the other quotes I had received with him, and he offered to replace the keyboard and battery for $200 total. Initially he quoted $150 for the keyboard and $140-$160 for the battery, so this was quite the deal! Ultimately, I wanted to go with Jenny and Marcus, since they have such incredible customer service, are so friendly, and I knew I could trust their work based on their online reviews. I was super appreciative that they were willing to negotiate the cost with me, My keyboard and battery were replaced within three days -- even though they had to order the battery from the warehouse! It's so refreshing to come across a repair shop that is dependable, has great customer service, and does amazing work for a fair price. Thank you Jenny and Marcus! read more
