I came to this repair shop to get it fixed and they told me it would be about an hour. an hour goes by and she says there was a small mistake and it would be about 15 minutes longer. no problem. i come back in 15 minutes and the phone looks great and they threw in a screen protector for the the small delay!! Ended up cracking small piece was told one thing by male owner then Female owner was rude when Info I got was different than what her husband told me about the price if you broke it again. I called back to clarify. Was completely calm and explained what happened. The guy starts yelling at me. Seriously who yells at a customer? Ive come to this place for the past 3 times in the month with a broken screen, theyve charged over $150 to fix it the first time. FINE. 2 weeks later the screen comes out again, thinking I have warranty I come back again just so that they can tell me they don't cover a slighlty crack in the upper part of the screen when it came off (I didnt even drop the phone, the screen came off as if it was badly glued and the screen fell onto the floor). Fine another charge of $79 for a replacement screen. The lady in the front desk said if it were to happen again that the screen comes off, I come back and they would fix it with warranty if the screen is not cracked. Not even 2 weeks later the screen come out same as the second time and I come back to get it fixed JUST so that she tells me that they dont accept "warranty" because the screen is supposedly damaged ONCE again and the only solution is to charge me again to get it fixed. I came in this third time with the information she gave me the second time, with a glued off screen of my phone (mind you my phone screen is INTACT) and they WONT fix their mistake. This is BY FAR the worst place I have EVER been to get my phone fix, and I highly suggest NO ONE comes here to get their shit fixed because they will do a shit job in order for you to come back and get it fixed. read more

Wow, I'm super impressed with iFix! I initially took a used 2013 Macbook I had purchased to Jenny and Marcus after one of the keys stopped working. After a free inspection, Marcus recommended that I replace the entire keyboard for $150. I wasn't quite ready to spend that amount of money, so I ordered the spare key part myself on eBay. Once it arrived and I tried to fix it though, it seemed as if a necessary piece had fallen out during Marcus's inspection. I returned to the store to inquire, and Marcus was extremely kind and not at all defensive. He let me compare my laptop to one of his testing laptops and use his tools to investigate further alongside him while he worked. He also offered to take my laptop once more for another inspection. In the meantime, I called other local repair shops, and one quoted me $170 for a keyboard and battery replacement (my battery was also very old). After his second inspection, Marcus quoted $80 for the single key replacement. I shared the other quotes I had received with him, and he offered to replace the keyboard and battery for $200 total. Initially he quoted $150 for the keyboard and $140-$160 for the battery, so this was quite the deal! Ultimately, I wanted to go with Jenny and Marcus, since they have such incredible customer service, are so friendly, and I knew I could trust their work based on their online reviews. I was super appreciative that they were willing to negotiate the cost with me, My keyboard and battery were replaced within three days -- even though they had to order the battery from the warehouse! I had a fabulous experience here and their customer service was stellar! Marcus and Daniel were extremely clear on what had to be done. $89 to repair a cracked screen, $99 if the LCD is damaged. They can fix a phone if you're in-store in about 15 minutes. I usually don't write reviews for establishments other than restaurants, but they did a fantastic job and deserve a shout out (to add to the numerous glowing reviews). A cracked screen and distorted LCD display was the last thing I needed on a Friday night. I sent a request for a quote very late on Fri (it's a new feature on Yelp that lets you request quotes through the "Messages" and Yelp indicates how quickly the manager usually responds i.e. "responds within 3 hours"). The owner, Marcus, responded within a few hours and provided the pricing and time frame that I needed. By 10:30am on Saturday (not even 12 hours later), I had my phone screen replaced and it looked good as new. They even added on a tempered glass screen for free (because of a misunderstanding on the Yelp quote). Also, you can purchase a Yelp deal online on the iFix business page: $5 for $10 off and redeem it via app or your email. The lowdown: quality repair, prompt quotes, communicative staff, and a customer-focused environment.
