I would give zero stars if I could. I went here to get my rear camera glass fixed on my iPhone X. They took about 30 minutes for the repair (which was fine). When I got my phone back, there was pixel damage to my screen. The man argued with me and stated that he did not damage the phone, which was completely false. He's quick and affordable. I rarely take the time to do this but as my 14 month old iPhone 8 out of the blue didn't work correct ant to be exact it was my external speaker, it seams it just popped out. I have never even broke a screen on any of my previous 4 iPhones but as I did not have warranty any longer (that run out in February this year) my ATT career did complete nothing, Apple told me it would cost $350 for a new device so I was a bit disappointed as I'm still paying off this gadget. I've been an iPhone user since '09. I managed to go nearly 10 years without having shattered my screen. Years ago, this would've been a perfect excuse to upgrade. But having the most current phone ain't really a priority. These days, I basically just have a phone to let my lady know I'm not dead. "I made it to work" or "I'm on my way". Ya'll know the drill. So with her help, we scoped some places out to try and save me some money. We decided on this place because the cost of screen replacement coupled with having a lifetime warranty was the best we could find. Added bonus: they have a Yelp deal. Well, about that Yelp deal. I couldn't use it, because according to the gentleman that fixed my screen, it's for "new phones only." Then why doesn't it mention that anywhere in the details of said Yelp deal? This wasn't a deal breaker because the other factors still made it the best option, probably. But I just hate this kinda bait and switch shit. Also, don't old shame my motherf**kin' phone bruh. Repair time was super quick, and my new screen looked niceeeee. Maybe I just had a jacked up screen for so long that I forgot how it's supposed to look, but I was convinced it looked clearer than it ever had. Definitely no complaints as far as the aesthetics. Fast forward a few months. No delayed effects or anything. However, one day my phone experience the most innocuous 2 foot fall. Since I have a nice phone case, I thought nothing of it and put it back in my pocket. Next time I pulled out my phone, I noticed what looked like a long hair on my screen. When it wasn't coming off, I inspected more and noticed chipping at the edge of the screen, and more hairline cracks up and down my screen. My phones throughout the years have taken nastier falls, and my screen never cracked like this. So I can only surmise that these replacement screens are cheap as f**k. And of course the lifetime warranty doesn't cover this because they're not liable for you cracking their flimsy screens when your phone falls. I'm not saying don't come here, and I can't recommend a better place where replacement screens don't crack when you breathe on it, because I don't have enough experience with this kind of stuff. So I guess I'll just say "buyer beware" and "you get what you pay for" and some other cliches. read more

Took my phone in to get the battery replaced. Service was efficient, but when I got my phone back, all of a sudden the touch ID didn't work. I brought it right back up to the desk and the guy basically said it was impossible that anything he had done had caused the issue. No apology or assurance that he would fix the issue. While I appreciated the quick response and turnaround, the glass they replaced on my broken phone does not seem to be quite right for my phone. When holding the phone, the sides of the glass constantly activate and make any activity a frustrating experience. I kind of wish I'd skipped the screen fix and just shelled out for a new phone. read more

This guy should have 20 stars. Four times 5 stars. Unfortunately, I've had cellphones repaired twice a year, or more, on a regular basis. He has the best prices. Any lower prices are OEM and they don't last. He repaired four expensive phones for me, for less than the price of one of them new. Why did I have four phones? For some reason I held on to two phones that I was told several times, by several other 5 stars, that they couldn't be repaired. I'm glad I held on to them, so when I had to go for my phone and another, I brought the other two. WOW-They were all repaired in less than a day and I walked out 15 minutes later with one of the phones, not mine, working as a substitute. I picked up the other 3 today-good as new!
