For each visit to me he made, the time gaps and response to my inquiries expanded. The original fix was for a cracked screen, he first worked on my phone for a cracked screen in early February. One visit, there was a part he didn't have and only was able to partially make the fix. The second visit, he used a non-apple screen which soon i realized was faulty. Vendor later admitted that he was using a cheaper alternative screen but he would order me an apple screen instead. The third visit he was supposed to come and provide me an actual replacement phone, as his warranty states he will buy a replacement for anything he can not fix. I have sent emails, text, and numerous phone calls, without any response. He did the same to the person who originally recommended him to our business place. Eventually I knew it was a lost cause and went to AT&T and bought a new phone. What a waste of $100 dollars. Save yourself the hassle and go to an authorized retailer!
