4 years ago I took my phone here to get repaired, it was broken worse when it was returned. The warranty that was included with the work was used. The problem got even worse after that and he then told me that he would not be attempting anymore repairs or paying for the damages. Fast forward 4 years to today, I bring a tablet by because I had no other option as I was visiting my mother in the area and needed it for work. I took another chance, and this is how it worked out: I have to purchase a new iPad out of pocket and the same guy from before told me that he is not responsible for repairs failing once the device leaves the store. You may be able to find a cheap deal or two here but I would stay far away from the repair counter if I were you. Twice this has happened to me alone. Don't believe the good reviews, they are not genuine and I have the transaction history to prove it. Beware. read more

I went here because I found a Groupon for screen repair. It was the BEST price I could find in the area. I took my phone in, they told me how long it would take, if I recall correctly it took about an hour or less, no matter the time they gave me when I got back to the store my phone was ready. They did a really good job on the screen, customer service wasn't bad. My screen was kind of lifted a bit at the bottom once it was done, I had planned on going back to see if they could fix that minor issue for me but haven't made it back yet. Otherwise everything was good, they did a good job. Speedy service. They seem like if you ever have any issues or concerns with a repair, they wouldn't have a problem correcting the issue. If I could, I would give this store 10 stars. They replaced my broken screen on a Motorola Revvlry G7 while I waited. They let me bring in a screen replacement that I had ordered and put it on at a very reasonable cost compared to other quotes I received that were more than I paid for the phone. I spilled oil in my IPhone 6, so the screen way destroyed! Like who spills oil in a phone OMG!!!! I found Cellular Depot on Groupon and I was excited. It's located in Oak Lawn on Southwest highway. On Groupon I paid 35 dollars to repair this screen. It was 45 with a 10 dollar off coupon. So yes it was big savings! I called before visiting the store to schedule an appointment. I called at 2:50. The lady on the phone told me that no appointment was needed and to come before 4pm because that's when the technician leaves. Okay great! I rushed from work at 3:10 and drove in rush hour traffic for 30 minutes. When I arrived at 3:40, I found out that the technician left early for the day. I said "but I just called to make sure it was a good time to come in, what do you mean nobody is here?" The owner told me that he would call an emergency technician into the store to fix the phone but he would have to charge me additional money. He called and texted somebody. WTF! I'm not paying additional! Then they told me to leave my phone overnight (on the eve before Christmas Eve). I live 40 minutes away so that was not going to happen. After, debating with him for 6 minutes, a mysterious technician man walked into the shop and grabbed my phone. He said come back in 20 minutes. It was fixed perfectly. So yes, the service was good. But I do question their honesty and integrity. I do think they were playing a game to get me to pay more money. But yes the phone was fixed quickly and looks like new again. read more

DON'T RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO GO FOR ANY REPAIRS. I brought my iPhone in for a screen repair as it was cracked. The technician at the store told me to come back today with in the hour. When I came back he told me I have good news and bad news then he said no just bad news. The didn't fix my screen in fact they broke the screen more and messed up my home button. They had the nerve to say they didn't touch the phone all they did was charge it. Sure ...... I was using my phone all the way until I gave it to him and besides that cracked screen everything worked perfectly. When I got the phone you can see the glue or whatever they use coming out from the side. They were so rude and trying to argue with me saying I took it in like that. How un profesional. No one plans on getting their iphone repaired....until it face plants into the concrete. Came here based on previous reviews and was happy that I did. I was in and out in five minutes with a new screen. Not sure what the average price is for screen repair but I paid 50, which is fair to me considering my phone was a shattered piece of glass that I was afraid to put my finger on, let alone my face. Found this place on Groupon. Needed an IPad screen repaired. Thought I would give it a try. Dropped it off , was ready in an hour looking brand new.
