Pocket fuzz had staged a full-scale invasion inside my charging port. These geniuses didn't just clean it out--they performed a delicate iPhone colonoscopy. In less than five minutes, my dead phone went from "flatline" to "back from the dead." Watching them pull out enough lint to stuff a Build-a-Bear was both horrifying and deeply satisfying. Honestly, I half expected them to hand me a tiny sweater knitted from pocket debris. Moral of the story: before you panic, let these folks work their magic. They saved me from buying a new phone, a new charger, or worse... facing life without Instagram. Highly recommend...fast, friendly, and they don't judge you for carrying around six years' worth of pocket dust like a lint dragon.

They get an A+ when it comes to the repair of my Dell laptop, inspiring 3580! It was having tons of software issues, as I recently purchased it from a local pawn shop. It would not properly install the latest version of windows, it kept stalling around 70-80% it waz running ultra slow, and sadly, ive become my father. (illiterate when it comes to technology, something i never thought would happen to me) Anyways, I struggled to find the right place to bring my laptop in, because when you know very little about computers, you have no idea if your being taken advantage of, or even told the correct information. So the reason they didnt get a 5 start review is because I felt like the man who did the work on my computer was very rude and wasnt explaining anything to me. I have no idea if I overpaid, but I do know that good service is more than just fixing the issue. I want good service all around, and I did not get that here.

I took the iPad in here yesterday Friday around 4 PM. They took a look at it and told me it would cost $150 and it would be ready tomorrow. I left it. There came back today Saturday. It was all fixed ready to go and price was $150 out the door. I think they get very good prices and actually fast repair times they're very nice people. If you have any problems with your phone or your tablet or your computer you should give them a call. You'll find them be very fairly priced and very quick both are very important.

Busted phone? Go here!…read more Had my phone run over at work, cracked and broken screen (display too), and a slightly bent metal frame to boot. Verizon's replacement with their 3rd party insurance would've taken a day for delivery and cost $159.xx which wouldn't be a-ok if I lost the phone or if it was completely destroyed but, it wasn't. My wife told me about the little shop in the mall by GameStop, I decided that it was worth a look see. They charged $60 ($63.xx with tax) an told me to come back in an hour. Either came back a little less than an hour later and the service guy was just putting on a screen protector an snapping my case back on. The screen also comes with a 1 (maybe 2) year warranty (free replacement) for dead pixels etc. I couldn't be happier with the service and attitude of the guy working there, price was excellent compared to Verizon's charge. I've already recommended the place to several friends and decided to make it Yelp official.

The problem got even worse after that and he then told me that he would not be attempting anymore repairs or paying for the damages. Fast forward 4 years to today, I bring a tablet by because I had no other option as I was visiting my mother in the area and needed it for work. I took another chance, and this is how it worked out: I have to purchase a new iPad out of pocket and the same guy from before told me that he is not responsible for repairs failing once the device leaves the store. You may be able to find a cheap deal or two here but I would stay far away from the repair counter if I were you. Twice this has happened to me alone. Don't believe the good reviews, they are not genuine and I have the transaction history to prove it. Beware.

They went above and beyond due diligence, they have a strong customer service culture, their level of professionalism and technical expertise was great, but it was second only to their customer service ability. The experience was far beyond my expectations. Unlike other big box technology stores, they never made me feel like a non technical Oldman. I appreciate the way they treated me. They apparently put an unauthorized part in there, and of course it didn't work. Bad enough, but in the process, they broke my screen. It's okay though, they replaced it for $100 plus the 110 dollar no refundable deposit I gave. That's $210 so far for nothing. Bad enough, but wait. Now, my iPhone won't stop letting me know that someone attempted to install an unauthorized part in my phone. I can't get the warning to leave, which I believe is unduly draining my battery. Bad enough? Also, my battery doesn't want to charge fully anymore and it runs down about 15% faster than it used to. When I went there, all i needed was for my camera to work. Everything else was fine. They charged me $210 to break my phone completely. An expensive lesson to learn. Never again.
