hi so i took my switch here a few months ago to fix my broken screen. and they fixed some of it but…read morethey bought the wrong part. that's not why i'm writing this review. my left joy-con rail stopped working when i got it back. now it's asking me to slide both joycons in and my left joycon wont register making my switch useless. either they forgot to plug in the ribbon cable or they broke it. by the other low review i assume they also might of taken some of my parts and didn't put it back. something else i want to add is that they made the screws very tight so no one can open it. hopefully nothing bad happened.

I paid one of the representatives or so called owner $50 to diagnose and fix my television. After…read morehe received the $50 and the tv, he never called or text me. I had to text him. Sometimes he didn't even answer my text. One time he said he was visiting family and sent me picture of what was supposed to be an airport. I'm thinking what does that have to do with my tv? Then he said he was going to return my tv early Saturday morning at 8 a.m. I knew the guy was sketchy so I reached out to him to confirm. Then all of a sudden he is sick. He didn't even have the nerve to call me and tell me that ... Oh I'm sick I need to reschedule to return your tv to your house. So if I didn't ask I wouldnt have known. Then up and out the blue he decides to bring my tv back. So, I just tell him to put it outside in the back of my house because I was not home. Keep in mind he didn't schedule with me and let me know when he was going to bring it. Instead he was very unprofessional and just brought it on his own time, unannounced to me. He was very unprofessional. After returning my tv, he told me that I had a bad panel. Then he proceeded to tell me that he could sell me another tv. I would never buy anything else from him. Then after that he was unprofessional and sick by texting me saying I like you. I didnt even respond. I'm thinking like I know he is not trying to flirt with customers.. how gross!!!!!! Also, he never returned my remote control. I texted him and left a message. Still, he has not responded to this day. He still has not returned my remote control. They repair your phone ON THE SPOT, IN FRONT OF YOU, and FAST. They do NOT fool around. NO WAITING! Their hours are great for those who work, staying open Monday thru Saturday until 7:00 p.m. so you can stop in after work. You can't beat the hours. Munster Wireless can't be beat; UBREAKIFIX in Highland claims to be Samsung authorized, yet they MISDIAGNOSED my girlfriend's phone and told her parts did not exist, & they could not fix it. Isaac (owner) and Helena (team member) at Munster Wireless Repair have come through for me multiple times. First, they fixed the monitor on my Apple laptop and it was as good as new when I got it back. A few months later, they were able to fix a stripped screw (my son accidentally damaged it) and now my monitor stands up just like it's supposed to. Plus, they are really personable. Helena offers knowledgeable customer service with a smile, and Isaac takes the time to explain what was wrong and how he resolved/fixed the issue. Best part, they do repairs FAST. Once again, HELENA was and is spectacular and very knowledgeable in her profession. I had an issue with a unresponsive touch screen on my iPhone. She diagnosed it immediately and it was repaired in less than an hour. I also had the oppourtunity to meet and speak with the owner of the store as well. I really want to thank Isaac and his Help for helping me so much. He is very helpful and does his best to give his all for his customers. Went to comcast to get a new phone because my apple 13 touch screen would not work but they could not help me since phone was frozen. Called Munster Wireless told me they could replace screen to fix problem. Instead they did a hard reboot and all was fine. Told me no charge but if I needed to replace the screen in the future they could do that. I was so happy, phone fixed, gave tip, I highly recommend. read more
