I told them to go ahead and do it because I needed it for work After receiving my laptop back, the screen broke again 2 weeks later when I barely touched it. When I took my computer back, the guy tried to tell me that I must have dropped it/damaged it since it had been fixed and pointed to a place on my computer. I told him I did not doubt that my computer was damaged but the damage would have been there when it broke the first time and they should have fixed that, also, if that was why my screen broke. I left my computer with them to "see what they could do", but I could not get anyone to return my calls after that. When I went to the store to see what they were going to do, I was told that they could give me a 20% discount on replacing the screen again. I told him to forget it because I would buy a new computer before I put more money into fixing that one.

When it became apparent to me that the long term odds for the laptop were not good, I made several trips back to the shop for advice on a replacement and, when I bought the new laptop I turned that over to Nathaniel to transfer all of the data, apps, software, photos, etc. from the dying machine to the new one. The charges for all of this were very reasonable, especially in view of the amount of labor involved, and he returned and gave me credit for the parts he had ordered in his first efforts. I've been using this replacement laptop for a month or more now, and have yet to find that Nathaniel missed anything in transferring the data, etc. They are under new ownership in the last couple years and, although I'd had a very disappointing experience there several years ago, I'm very pleased that I've given Nathaniel and the new owners a chance!

I looked up computer repairs on Yelp and found SRM Technology and saw even though it only had one review it was 5 star one. In that review the person mentioned his prices are reasonable and boy she was not lying. I brought one of my computers, a Dell laptop that had a completely shattered screen and the hard drive that was ready to die any second. It hadn't been used since late 2010 early 2011 and when I had taken it to Best Buy to be fixed they told me the estimate would be $800 for the screen to be fixed and another $300-$400 for the hard drive. Obviously I am better off buying a new one. Well I took it here to SRM and he not only fixed the laptop's screen and replaced the hard drive and put a better operating system on it, he did it for under $230. I am beyond pleased with how well he did. Far exceeded my expectations. So if you are having issues with your computers this is without doubt the place to go.

I took the iPad in here yesterday Friday around 4 PM. They took a look at it and told me it would cost $150 and it would be ready tomorrow. I left it. There came back today Saturday. It was all fixed ready to go and price was $150 out the door. I think they get very good prices and actually fast repair times they're very nice people. My wife told me about the little shop in the mall by GameStop, I decided that it was worth a look see. They charged $60 ($63.xx with tax) an told me to come back in an hour. Either came back a little less than an hour later and the service guy was just putting on a screen protector an snapping my case back on. The screen also comes with a 1 (maybe 2) year warranty (free replacement) for dead pixels etc. I couldn't be happier with the service and attitude of the guy working there, price was excellent compared to Verizon's charge. I've already recommended the place to several friends and decided to make it Yelp official.
