After a conversation with George and weighing in on my options, I took a look at his available laptops and found a HP laptop that had been updated with Windows 11, 1 terabyte of internal memory and had an internal disc drive, which one can not get on these new laptop computers. On top of that, the price of the laptop was fantastic, in my opinion! George booted it up, went over the features and warranty and I left out of his store with a lot of confidence in my purchase, which will strictly be used for storing and playing karaoke music. Thank you sir.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they just tossed it in the back and came up with a number out of nowhere.

The so-called tech person worked on the job for several days and charged 135 dollars before the job was completed. During this process, he reinstalled, screwed up, and just about junked her computer, voiding the warranty as a result. He blamed it on the software, which he shouldn't have used in the first place, and then on the computer being too old. As a last result, we called the company we bought it from and FaceTimed the problem and fixed it ourselves the right way, now it works fine. The owner refunded 100 dollars and never took any responsibility for bad workmanship on the part of this employee; they failed miserably.
