Jason picked it up, I paid him the $30 diagnostic fee, and he called later to tell me that the problem was with the motherboard. I decided not to repair the computer due to the cost of parts and service versus purchasing a new computer. I asked Jason to drop the laptop off. Between my nervousness over having someone I didn't know pick up my computer, and miscommunications between Jason and I, we finally got the laptop back.
