I pick it up from them, they didn't replace the fan, the old fan is louder than ever, & the screen now doesn't work. What did these guys do? They then called me telling me to buy a worse laptop from them for $100-off a $900 laptop (the one they broke was $1500). The IT professional was able to come to my apartment in the city with 2 days notice and set up wireless connectivity. Without his help, I wouldn't have been able to troubleshoot the bug that had disabled me from using my wireless router. The IT specialist was very professional and provided me with helpful feedback if I should encounter future problems.
