The delivery person who has 1 job, dropped the item.at someone else's house in another suburb altogether. Now, this issue slowed my progress and I went to the store since they cant manage the phones in this store. I walked in and the jerk at the door asked me what I needed. I told him I needed to speak to someone in the order department t about this as I wasn't willing to be charged for this mess. He snapped at me and said he didnt do it so its not his problem. ?? Seriously?? OK, so I asked to speak to the guy who could straighten this out and he just kept coming at me. I finally snapped and told him what I thought of his skills as a greeter. I spoke to the customer service person at the counter and they refunded my money for the missdelivered item. I went to see if I could find one that was in store to avoid this again and get my school stuff done on time. The sales guy on the floor knew less about laptops than I do. So they sent over a female who was once law enforcement to help me. She was great. She alone saved this deal. But she cant carry the entire store. She also informed me that the insurance plan I was sold was more expensive and unnecessary if I bought the membership for 2 years that would have taken care of my electronic issues. So she upgraded my laptop purchase, to a far better unit, didnt upsets me the useless insurance and got me set up on the membership so I can get this fixed in the event something goes wrong. So as I was leaving, the troll passing itself off as a manager got rather caustic with me. He said I needed to treat his friend at the door with respect. The issue was that he had no idea nor would it have mattered to him that I did when I walked into the store but his little buddy got his feelings hurt when he took it upon himself to speak to me as if I was an inconvenience to him and didnt bow to him while I walked in. Not going to happen but this store tucked. The staff there are useless, except for the 1 person who was knowledgeable, professional amd didnt screw me over in the sale. There are other best buys that would be worth the ride to get there if you dont want to deal with rude, immature door staff and their mouth breathing bestie who will blame you for their inability to do their job like adults.

My first reaction was that this was such a good thing that the store was allowing the mother to wait inside since it was a bit chilly and she had 2 small children with her. It wasn't long before I learned that the mother was a friend of the salesperson and was being allowed to get first dibs on the available phones. I wasn't too upset about this, but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way and gave me an uneasy feeling. By 8am there was a short line outside and we were greeted by, who I'm assuming was the manager, cheerfully proclaiming that they had iPhones in stock. We were all very excited until the lady continued. She stated that we would be *allowed* to purchase iPhone 6's that morning but only if we ALSO purchased $100 in additional accessories. I was appalled! I have possibly never felt more taken advantage of. I couldn't believe what they were trying to do was even legal! I'm proud to say that I stood on principle and walked away without purchasing an iPhone 6.
