They supposedly sent my permit application to the wrong village. I ended up doing all of the paperwork and paying for it with the village - only to find that the "permit procurement" fee was still on my final invoice. 3. My salesman left the company and my contract seemed to have slipped through the cracks. I don't blame a company for one error, it was the way they handled it after that shows how seriously disorganized they are. 4. I had to call them, repeatedly, to get updates. At one point I was told my sign would be in by Friday. When I called THEM the next week to find out where my sign was I was told it was "backordered". How can this be if they just told me it would be installed? The owner then told me the parts had never even been ordered. 5. The sign was finally installed - but not the lights - because they were backordered. Eventually I got the whole thing. It was THREE months from when I signed the contract until the sign was installed. The people were uncommunicative and not helpful. Do NOT use these people if you want to actually have a sign by the time you open your company!

Not only was the service incredibly fast, but it was also very affordable. For a single custom shirt, I paid just over $16, which I thought was more than reasonable given the turnaround time and quality. This spot honestly saved me from having to make an hour long drive to my usual place, and I'm so glad I found them. One thing to keep in mind, they were able to turn this around so quickly because I made my own design and it was printed on a white shirt. If you're looking for a colored shirt, or for their help in design, it may take a bit more time, and they are upfront about that. Respect the process, they know what they are doing and they're good at it! Also, logistical note, the GPS will bring you to the front of the building, however, parking is on the next residential street or behind the store.
