On the day before Christmas, I attempted to use my bonus rewards and a valid coupon for which I am eligible as a loyal member. The cashier--who appeared to be the owner--was extremely rude, dismissive, and refused to honor them despite other associates confirming they were valid. I was embarrassed by her behavior, which occurred publicly in front of other customers. Although I ultimately paid, I contacted corporate to report the incident. Due to this unprofessional and disrespectful treatment, I will not return to this location.

After some business issues that kept it closed for several months it reopened as a Kirlin's. I have to say that recently I was always disappointed. I could never find the Precious Moments figurine when I needed it and the selection of cards was disappointing. When I'd need a birthday card for a friend or for a kid there was never a large selection. Those issues were probably a supply issue and not a store issue, but it's hard to not blame the store.
