They offer classes from time to time, like many other quilt shops, but I've found it really difficult to get class information. They have had my email address for quite some time, but I haven't gotten class info from them in well over a year. They offer long-arm quilting services, but the one and only time I took a pieced top in to be quilted, it was not ready until five months later! With no apologies. Unacceptable. The owner, who is usually the only employee working in the shop when I visit, is not friendly at all--and other quilters I've talked with have said the same, so its not just me. Sadly, I won't be going back.

As another reviewer stated, this store doesn't handle returns for online purchases. I bought four…read morephoto frames online; two I didn't like once I saw them live. The third one, although pricey, had two instances of gaps in the corners where the front frame sides meet. Despite this obvious imperfection, they included it in my online order. I went to the store to do the online return. I had the electronic receipt for payment I made when doing the online order. The girl at the front desk could not get anything to come up in their system when scanning the sticker they put on the bag my order was filled. I showed her the online receipt with the bar code and order number. She couldn't get that to work either. Then she says "since you don't have a receipt, I can give you a store credit". I told her no. I showed her the Michael's receipt on my phone. I don't come here often and I'm not going to go to Michael's and buy things I don't want just to use up a $50 store credit. Then she said she'd get the manager since "sometimes she knows how to do these things. We have problems with online orders sometimes". The manager was able to get the refund back on my credit card. This turned out to be a 15 minute negative experience. If this store has known issues for processing refunds for online orders, pick up the phone and talk to corporate about their systems so they can fix it! To sum it up, there was little regard for the customer experience with his the store handled this.

When we thought about redoing the other couch, two chairs and an ottoman, we decided to go back to them. We're so pleased with the results! The couch needed new foam seat cushions and Ceil recommended a dacron wrap around the back cushions, and it's perfect. The new material really modernized the couch, and the decorative upholstery brads are beautifully installed. The other chairs look fabulous, too. I'm so glad we went with this company. Given photos, he provide an honest estimate. Next he guided us in choosing new fabric from over a thousand choices. His associates took the chairs from our living room to their shop, telling us when they'd be done. They were completed right on time and the project cost was not a penny more than the quote. But beyond that, just look at the craftsmanship! The quality of the work is outstanding. I was floored. I thought these chairs were ready for the dumpster and now they're ready for the showroom. Brand new chairs could not possibly look better or be sturdier than these. And they would have cost about double what we paid for the reupholstering.
