With school starting next week, I searched for a local shirt printing shop instead of an online shirt printing business to avoid potential delays in shipping. Skokie Printing not only accepted my t-shirt printing request, they also graciously cleaned up the image I wanted without me asking or realizing it had to be. I've never ordered shirts to be printed until now, so I don't know much about it. I didn't realize the graphic I'd submitted would come out blurry or pixelated if it had been printed the way I'd sent it in; that's how clueless I am about shirt printing. I only realized later. And this is to no fault of the artist who designed the graphic for me. I must've done something unknowingly after I received the file. I'm thankful for Jonathan's initiative and professionalism. The shirts are beautifully printed and very much appreciated. Impressed with turnaround time. For future shirt printing orders, I know where to go in the future. TL/DR; Great quality, service, and communication. Professional. Reasonable pricing. Go here for shirt printing.

I had previously ordered shirts for my daughter's team from another company, but they came out dull, lacking color and detail--they looked unfinished. My daughter was heartbroken. Jonathan took the time to understand our needs and review our artwork. He assured me not only that he could reproduce our design as intended, but that he would involve me throughout the process. True to his word, he sent me photos for approval before printing the full batch. The quality was outstanding, and the fine details came through beautifully. I was beyond impressed with his work and highly recommend Skokie Printing!

Not only can iPromo source and produce high quality branded items, but they are able to meet some pretty tight deadlines for last minute event needs we may have. For example, I recently inquired about ordering 100 branded pens and notebooks for an event the following week and in less than a week, the items were produced, shipped, and delivered. David provided regular updates on the shipment, as we needed the items for a specific event and were on a strict timeline. I really enjoy working with David at iPromo and recommend this brand for your promotional product needs.

While I did make a few design changes that understandably extended the timeline, the project began in February 2026, and as of July 9, 2026, my company hat and T-shirt order still had not been completed. I remained patient throughout the process and allowed additional time due to the design changes. However, when I asked for updates or questioned the ongoing delays, I felt my concerns were not handled in a respectful manner. What should have been a straightforward order turned into months of frustration. When the shirts finally arrived, the logos were crooked and off-center. After I brought the issue to Carmen's attention and explained that I was unhappy with both the quality of the shirts and how the order had been handled, he refused to correct the problem. Instead of remaking and replacing the defective shirts, Carmen became combative in his communication with me and canceled the remainder of my order, stating that he was concerned I might again claim the workmanship was not done correctly if he proceeded with a replacement order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Specialty T Limited.

I just stopped by this morning to pick up a big order and drop off a custom hat project, and as always, the work is flawless. The communication is great, the turnaround is fast, and the quality is 10/10. If you need any custom apparel or branding done in the area, save yourself the stress and just come here. Each year, our son would come up with a new idea for the design he wanted on the shirts. Early on, we would show up with our son's idea, sometimes sketched in crayon. As our son got older, he would actually go and sit with Julie to convey what he had in mind.
