Tried to give them another chance and called today to get pricing on getting ONE item embroidered with my work logo on it. When Chris saw my name on the caller ID he laughed at me and told me that he was going to charge me full price for anything I wanted to "pay me back for all the crap I put him thru years ago." HE was the one that got the order wrong, and HE took it upon himself to do whatever he wanted with no apologies. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
