My order (sizes/fits) was 100% accurate. There were over 30 teams at the softball tournament and I was told several times that our team definitely won best uniforms. All he had to do was print it...and he did...POORLY! Pics are the proof. He didn't even get the whole picture on the shirt! I contacted him numerous times. Instead of rectifying his error and... 1. Admit the error was his 2. Compensate me by re-doing the project ON THE SAME HIGH QUALITY T-SHRT I PROVIDED! ...he chose instead to give me the typical 'dog ate my homework' excuse by saying that he hadn't talked to his assistant yet. Meaning he was passing the buck to his assistant. Like I said, I contacted him numerous times, and now it's been months! I guess his 'assistant' must be on a trip around the world! No, Mr. Linus chose to have the karma train pull into his station...and I hope he gets everything he deserves! It's a bright and inviting space with a unique way of accessing fabric, fat quarter swatches of each print are hung, with a numbered tag, on the wall and they'll run to the back to fetch the yardage for you. It reminded me of furniture shopping and piling all the swatches on the table while you agonize over colors. The only downsize is swatches are hung by color not collection which could make things a bit more difficult to find or identify. They carry high quality quilters cottons with a wide selection of prints and blenders mostly modern if I had to say their emphasis and a small section of batiks. They offer long arm services and classes which are just getting started back up again after their brief closure from Covid. Certainly a must stop if you're an avid quilter.

The lady working there said she couldn't give me a quote because she needed to see the actual diploma even though I gave her a rough estimate on the size. Okay, that's fine. I live nearby so I went home and brought it back. She said it would take about two weeks for my framed diploma and I would get a phone call when it was ready. Well... I wait and still didn't get a phone call. I finally call the place and spoke to one of the men who does the framing. I ask him what the status of my frame is because it felt like it was a while ago that I took my diploma in for framing. He tells me that he's surprised that someone never called me and also told me it was ONE MONTH AND TWO DAYS ago that I dropped off my diploma but it would be done in a week. Guess what? Still didn't get a phone call and I had to call again to check the status. They said it was ready, so I finally pick it up! After over a month of waiting and I get my framed diploma. When I get home, I noticed that there were little spots of dirt and little pieces of hair or something in it. Thankfully they were nice and said they would be able to fix it and clean it up, but the experience in general was not the best.
