I asked angie if she could use the material from the inside pocket as the patch. She said ok & wrote that on the ticket. When I went to pick up jacket she used another material, that was not the same color or the same feel. I was not happy. The instructions were on the ticket! She had one job to do & she messed up. I don't know why she didn't do what I asked. I prepaid for the work. I told her that I wasn't happy & she just didn't care. She just said "I sorry". Yeah, I'm sorry too for giving her the business. I got these jackets on sale from Joe Banks a year ago for $199 each, but can't wear them because I've lost weight. These people wanted close to $100 for each jacket! When I asked if they'd consider a volume discount I was met with rudeness. Count me out because the one thing I will NEVER do is spend my hard earned money to be disrespected. I pass.
