I got these jackets on sale from Joe Banks a year ago for $199 each, but can't wear them because I've lost weight. These people wanted close to $100 for each jacket! I don't care how good they are that kind of money for a taper and 1/4 inch sleeve (no button moves involved) is ridiculously high. When I asked if they'd consider a volume discount I was met with rudeness. Count me out because the one thing I will NEVER do is spend my hard earned money to be disrespected. I pass.

I can say that outside of other Witnesses, I have never seen anyone treat Floyd with so much kindness, care and compassion as Sandra does. Sandra deserves a gold star. She definitely goes above and beyond where my friend Floyd is concerned. I definitely will bring more of my business her way and hope others will do the same. The hem, stitching was perfect. No puckering, no pulling, hem was even, looks like I bought it that way. Then I took a top long in back to have the back update to same length as the front. It was perfect. Hem was even, no folds in the hem, perfect. A few weeks ago I finally took a really old jacket over 20 years old, that had also sat in my closet around an additional 10, thinking I could replace the cuffs myself. I couldn't believe how good the repair looks, like new! They didn't even measure my wrist, just followed the original sizing of the frayed tattered cuff. Just perfect. It's pretty hidden, so pay attention. I took a halter, bridesmaid dress to Como to be altered in the top and shorten the straps because it was too big there. I also needed material put in front of the dress because it plunged too low. When I returned to get the dress, the straps were perfect, but there wasn't enough material on the front. Abel (I'm assuming the owner) said cool, and told me to come back in the morning and it would be fixed. When I returned, the dress was PERFECT! It fit me beautifully and I had to verbally tell this guy how much I loved him and I would be back. They only take cash, so come prepared. Alterations were priced reasonably according to folks I asked. $55 for everything because he had to open up the dress. I will definitely go to him for my alteration needs.

I don't know why she didn't do what I asked. I prepaid for the work. I told her that I wasn't happy & she just didn't care. She just said "I sorry". Yeah, I'm sorry too for giving her the business.
