You always know what is new for the week, and what came out last week. Everything else is in the back shelves organized by brand and title. Tim is always helpful and friendly. If you have a bad experience know it's a fluke, not the norm.

Two older ladies working there. As soon as I walked in one of the old woman ask me if she could me but not in a nice way. I responded, "Yes, we are looking for Fire Dept gear." The the woman was not helpful after that. I asked her a few questions and she was not sure. Afterwards she just told everything they have is there. I also asked if my wife could use the restroom and they both said it was not working. After I spend money here. I gave 1 star for the good selection of stuff.
