Honest, Fair, and Truly One of a Kind…read more I recently sold some silver to Bill, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. He gave me a fair, transparent price and treated me with absolute professionalism. What really stood out, though, was the integrity of Bill and his team. After I left the store, one of his staff caught a mistake in my math that had shorted me $200. Bill personally called me right away, explained the error, and offered to stay late or mail the difference--whichever was easiest for me. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. I've been to plenty of jewelers over the years, but none like Bill. I'm a lifelong fan--he's simply the best. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind, look no further.

I thought it would be fixed in house, but they send it out to downtown Chicago. I wanted an estimate for the repairs....but they fixed it without giving me the estimate first! So I was forced to spend the money....which was ridiculous! $28 to fix a band?? I could have purchased a new watch for that.. Well, I had the watch back for under a week and one of the links snagged my sweater. I returned to the jewelry shop and they made all kinds of excuses as to why they were not responsible.... I had a jeweler already aligned in another state and just came in to look around and to see if there were any shapes/designs I preferred. After finding a ring I felt like I couldn't walk away from and discussing more with Fayed I knew that I wanted him to make my forever ring. We switched to white gold instead of the yellow gold I saw in store and kept everything else the same. He was able to create this beautiful forever piece for me within 2&1/2 weeks. The service he gave me was top tier. The happiness and joy I felt when picking up my ring was so much to bare I cried on the spot. I can not recommend this local family owned jewelry store more. The service, quality, and overall warranty on their products are outstanding. Thank you Fayed! I appreciate your talent more than you know. I am looking forward to new pieces in the future from you.
