While I understand that most businesses are struggling with the response to COVID, and some are bouncing back, no customer's dollar should be taken for granted as if it is owed to the company. Last week My wife and I went to place an order for a tshirt. Not only did we not receive immediate service which is fine, but the lady working the machine look right at us and noticed we needed help for about 5 minutes before saying anything. My wife asked me if I wanted to go somewhere else for a shirt. At this point I figured we are here so let's go ahead with them before risking not be able to have one in time. She showed me the shirt which I will say turned out great, but the transaction was terrible. A place that I visually saw make their own bags, she took an old black wrinkled plastic handle bag and threw my shirt in and gave it to me, which sounds like a COVID violation. I will tolerate a lot of things but I will not and advise everyone else to take advantage of money you spend with them. No company is owed your business, they need you more than you need them.
