The owner comes off as a nice old guy but he is something else. Had two cars washed. Worker broke…read morethe front seat sliding passenger seat forward in one car. (Not surprised since there was only one car washer available when we arrived and 3 cars waiting) Owner told us to have it repaired and bring the bill. I asked if he would jot that down, nothing fancy. Just give me something that confirms what you are promising. He insisted I take his word for it. (Keep in mind...We had already paid $30 for washes and tipped the wash guy $6) The owner went on and on about black people needing to support each other. He then told me he would talk man to man with my husband not me. Then the worker who broke the seat chimes in, "How do you know I broke the seat? It was probably already like that?" I won't repeat the whole story because I have moved on from this fiasco but I warn you all to avoid this place. They lack the staff to get cars in and out, which is the main problem. We waited over an hour our first time and close to 1 1/2 hours the 2nd and last time we went. According to Sco, the staff gets $2 per hour and depends on tips. That said, if you hear doors slam or see your seats shoved aggressively back/forth like we did....now you know why.
