Our church has tried to get a quote for a digital sign since the week of March 4th. After my…read moreinitial call, I've had to make two additional ones only to receive excuses and promises that have not materialized. I'm extremely disappointed with their service and feel that since the pastor who suggested them had rave reviews and I'm reading great ones on this site, there is something else at work here and it smells like discrimination. I appreciate the prompt reply I received from Roeda as well as the quote requested. We hope to be able to do business with them in the near future.

I can't give Ayom and EPC enough praise for the outstanding, speedy service and amazing product. I…read morecame in from out of state for my friends' moms' funeral and took on the role of getting the obituary programs printed in 1 1/2 days. I sent an inquiry on Yelp and received a response, immediately. From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. Please do not hesitate to hire this company if you need the design and/or print services that they provide.
