I really don't like giving unfavorable reviews yet I sincerely hope this type of review serves the business or company for the purposes of improving. I too am a proprietor and I understand overselling and under delivering is unacceptable. I was referred to this company to service my father's obituary prints, no design needed, just printing. However, I was very displeased with the communication and the task it took to get the obituaries printed. It was completely scared I would not get the prints in time for the services despite paying immediately for the quote. Please do better. read more

I will never do business here again.it took me over a week and a half to get my order back that only quoted for a 2 day wait. Gene was suppose to call me he never did I called back he never put my order in after waitng 3 days.he said he will double my order if I wait another week. i said no just give me what I paid for on tuesday, which he said it will be ready. Tuesday come no order now he say thursday. to make a long story short today is saturday and I'm just getting my order. I worked with Mary who found to be pleasant, there was a lack of communication on posters I needed, Mary redid them with no additional cost. This work was much cheaper than the previous company I had just used. I will continue to use them for the project I'm working on and refer them to my friends. I placed an order for 1000 flyers on Thursday, March 2019 on that evening . I was prompted through the email to pay them but not prompted to send the actual image. It appeared a little strange to me that I paid the invoice first before I even sent an image but due to the referral from someone that uses them quite often, I went on with this unorthodox process. After submitting the invoice, I was told by the referred person that I should receive an email stating to send the image and they will give me a time to pick it up once it's done. I did just that and waited two days after the date I placed it... I finally emailed them my image and called to see what happened. The gentleman that answered the phone told me that they didn't even see my email but he would check. After checking he located the email and image I sent and even confirmed that I paid. He then said that he was going to put the order in and it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday. Now, I'm really having doubt about that conversation but I went on any how and allowed the transaction to be completed since I'd already paid my money. Now comes the unprofessional part of all of this; I asked my husband to pick them up on Thursday on his lunch and he texted me and said, " I'm here but your flyers are not!" After calling my husband to make sure the text was right, I called the company just to end up speaking to the same gentleman I spoke with originally. He played crazy and said he didn't know if I had paid the taxes. What the heck is a tax invoice I asked? Well did anyone contact you he said? I said you didn't contact me from the beginning so, no! He gave me all of this BS about nothing that made sense after I got off the phone he emails me out another invoice with a $10.15 tax charge plus the amount ive already paid. I call back to ask wth was that and he didn't want to talk and said someone will be getting back with you. So, now I'm waiting on someone to call me to find out" what the problem is!" I'm just trying to understand how I have a problem! After I sent an email requesting my refund, I got a reply immediately from the owner he claimed. He tried to justify the mistake and still was trying to charge me the tax saying the program doesn't generate the tax with the invoice. WTH LIES! After he called back he guaranteed me that my order would be ready by 4 o'clock Friday and that they would call by 4 to pick up. Well, sad to say, " the owner was not true to his word." I want my money or product by Monday! The reason for the prepay invoice is because they do a lot of messing up and don't want to refund your money. So my review for this company is; this is a poorly ran business that quality is fading every year. If you still choose to do business with them, you're going to have to stay on their butts. Unfortunately, it's not many printing companies that are Black owned and on the Southside so your options are limited. If I could avoid them at all cost at this point I would! The owner is sending me through the loops for their mistake. If this is how you do business, I'd rather not do business with you! Unprofessional and the people in your office can't even give answers to simply questions. You are not to tack on taxes AFTER someone has placed a order, never! I should not have had to call you about my product I paid for. Today is 3/7/19 and I am still waiting on the, " Owner" to contact me about a why the lies and run arounds! This company placed many orders with our company. They had 2 orders that needed to ship out asap. The owner begged me to send them out without payment and gave me his word he would pay. The owner failed to follow up or remit payment. He fell off the face of the earth with our money after we took his man to man word. Supplier and buyer beware. This company clearly does not care about honesty or integrity. Be careful. read more

Gene Brooks is the bomb! I utilized We Print 4 Less for my church's 25th anniversary. We got banners, tickets, programs, and a souvenir book. The prices were reasonable and the service was outstanding. Gene went above and beyond and was accommodating to help us meet our deadlines for the event! THEY SUCK! I went to these idiots for a simple t-shirt print and they COMPLETELY screwed up the job. The first time they did the shirt it came out with the persons face GREEN! Then, they re-did the job and CUT OUT one of the most important parts of the image! Not to mention they put a VINYL image on the shirt which was NOT what I asked for... AT ALL! I was TOTALLY unhappy with the finished product that they OVERCHARGED me for and asked for a refund which they refused. Needless to say not only is their work HORRIBLE, their customer service was WORSE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PRINTING! They are terrible & I will NEVER go here again! read more

Wow totally unbelievable. Printing services company can learn a lot from we print 4 less. Sent my job over yesterday after lunch and my job was ready this morning wow. The work was amazing and the price was cheaper then my last place. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. The customer service rep was so pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was so professional.
