We initially tried several of the popular online print websites where you just click and scroll to select what you want. Unfortunately we are not artists or experts in card stock, fonts, and print jobs. The initial samples we received were all wrong due to poor print quality, smudged photos, and erroneous sizing measurements of 5x7 card stock. The issue with those print sites is that they focus more with quantity of jobs and don't necessarily care about quality. You WANT a customer service expert when it comes to something as important as wedding correspondence. You NEED an actual person who will listen to your concerns and give you the best recommendations based on their expertise and experience. That's exactly what we got when we finally went with InoPrints. We explained everything we wanted and the issues we encountered with online print sites. Berto listened to our concerns and handled our order. He gave us the perfect recommendations for what would translate best for what we described we wanted. The order showed up earlier than expected, and the final product vastly exceeded our expectations. The recommended card stock really made the overall font and design pop, the images are flawless and maintained their high resolution, and the overall expedited service and final product were amazing. Online Click and scroll ordering is great for pizzas, NOT for important print jobs.
