Once upon a time I had an upcoming convention to show off my indie fangame, which was just a week away. Because of time constraints, I was looking for local print shops in Chicago to save me some time making niche trading cards instead of traditional business cards, and I needed A LOT printed. Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack. WHOOPS!) But when I saw the final product in my hands, I was very impressed by the professional quality and material! Can't argue with the price I paid either, because ~$0.44 per card of THIS QUALITY is amazing. I'm just really glad that I found a shop that was quick, reliable, and able to accommodate something very niche like original/custom trading cards. We initially tried several of the popular online print websites where you just click and scroll to select what you want. Unfortunately we are not artists or experts in card stock, fonts, and print jobs. The initial samples we received were all wrong due to poor print quality, smudged photos, and erroneous sizing measurements of 5x7 card stock. The issue with those print sites is that they focus more with quantity of jobs and don't necessarily care about quality. Awesome customer service! Their phone wasn't working and I was still able to get my order in and some posters made in under a day. That is lightening quick if you're not familiar with how long something like this takes. They turned out awesome too. Man these guy really live up to all the hype. I needed to get some pamphlets and booklets done for a event at my university and the local Kinkos that "gave a school discount" was still quoting me something in the neighborhood of $5K between the two. Ridiculous! To add insult to injury, they were also going to take 2 weeks to do the job, which was crazy because I only needed ~160 printed. AND they were going to charge more for delivery. $5k+ ?! I contacted Ramano and explained my situation-- not only was he able to give me a quote that was less than half what I was quoted before, he was so nice and helpful (looking over it, making sure that the formatting was transferred properly, looking out for any weird image shifts during the process as I tweaked the final file) that I can't imagine going to anyone else for my printing needs. Based on my limited, and pretty frustrating, experience with printers (specifically for wedding invitations) I have to say that InoPrints is the best of the best. I have 2 wedding receptions on the horizon and had a really tough time finding good printers. I used Cushing for the first reception invitations and there was a complete lack of quality control at that place. With InoPrints, they went above and beyond to recommend the right kind of paper and printing type to do the best job possible. During my quote, they recommended digital printing due to the small quantity. However, when I went to pick up the prints, they actually used offset printing so the quality was way better. I was very shocked and obviously pleased. The cost for a small quantity was high, but they more than surpassed my expectations. I would definitely use them again.. maybe for the Thank You cards. read more

Perfect! I got exactly what I wanted! I used InoPrints to make T-shirts to pass out as party favors to all of the guests who came to my wedding. The shirts turned out exactly how I wanted them to! I was a little anxious about the shirts just because there was some back-and-forth on the design before it was finalized, but everything turned out nicely. They were absolutely perfect! The shirts were black with white ink, and there was printing on the front and back. We ordered 30 shirts, and they ended up costing $11.75 each, which seemed to be a pretty reasonable price considering the small print-run. I definitely recommend contacting InoPrints well in advance (at least a month) of when you need the shirts to start the process of getting your design ready to go. It does take almost the full two weeks from the time the design is ready to print to the time the shirts are delivered. Express printing is available, but it costs a couple dollars extra per shirt. I was really happy with InoPrints and would use them again for T-shirts or if I needed anything else printed. read more

One of my orders had an error and they tried their best to fix it and reprinted it for me. It was closer to perfect than before, so I was happy with it. They also have free shipping, which I love. The only thing I was a little unhappy about was the fact that my prints weren't exactly what was pictured . These guys are great! I came in with a jpeg of an image I wanted on a business card. I had no idea these things need to be a certain size. They were patient and helpful in getting my image where it needed to be for print. The turn around time is quite fast, and if youre in a super big rush, they can just charge a small fee(couple bucks) and get it to you faster.
