Once upon a time I had an upcoming convention to show off my indie fangame, which was just a week away. Because of time constraints, I was looking for local print shops in Chicago to save me some time making niche trading cards instead of traditional business cards, and I needed A LOT printed. Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack. WHOOPS!) But when I saw the final product in my hands, I was very impressed by the professional quality and material! Can't argue with the price I paid either, because ~$0.44 per card of THIS QUALITY is amazing. I'm just really glad that I found a shop that was quick, reliable, and able to accommodate something very niche like original/custom trading cards. I will definitely tell my friends who like to make DIY projects about you guys! Thank you! read more

Inoprint is truly a gem! We've been loyal customers for a while now, and every experience has been exceptional. The products/services are always top-notch, but what really sets this business apart is the owner ( Jovim). He is incredibly kind, friendl, thoughtful, and always make us feel like valued customers. It's rare to find such genuine care and attention in business these days. We're so grateful to support such an amazing business. Salamat Jovim for always taking care of us and our needs. We appreciate everything you do for us. Crumbsndcreams Mharloe & Kat read more

InoPrints - Inoprint made our amazing pop up banner. Definitely a head turner every time someone passes by. Thank you, Jovim and the whole team. - Printing Services Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

InoPrints.com has my highest recommendation. My bride and I were trying to get wedding announcements printed. We initially tried several of the popular online print websites where you just click and scroll to select what you want. Unfortunately we are not artists or experts in card stock, fonts, and print jobs. The initial samples we received were all wrong due to poor print quality, smudged photos, and erroneous sizing measurements of 5x7 card stock. The issue with those print sites is that they focus more with quantity of jobs and don't necessarily care about quality. You WANT a customer service expert when it comes to something as important as wedding correspondence. You NEED an actual person who will listen to your concerns and give you the best recommendations based on their expertise and experience. That's exactly what we got when we finally went with InoPrints. We explained everything we wanted and the issues we encountered with online print sites. Berto listened to our concerns and handled our order. He gave us the perfect recommendations for what would translate best for what we described we wanted. The order showed up earlier than expected, and the final product vastly exceeded our expectations. The recommended card stock really made the overall font and design pop, the images are flawless and maintained their high resolution, and the overall expedited service and final product were amazing. Online Click and scroll ordering is great for pizzas, NOT for important print jobs. read more

I have been working with InoPrints for years. They have top notch customer service, prompt response time, and excellent, consistent quality products and printing of every order of business cards, fliers, banners, signs, tshirts I had made through them! I can rely on their excellent service and follow through to help me make each of my projects and campaigns a success. They ship across the US and beyond! Thanks, Inoprints! read more

This is one yelp was not wrong on, my local search lead me to find this place. Let me say I was for many reasons as a new client impressed by their printing service, (business cards), good quality and they added some creative touches to my vision. They offer above and beyond customer service, big thank you to (berto)! Pricing is definitely reasonable. Printing and Shipping is offered in a realistic time frame, (online ordered) that made it convenient for me. My friends absolutely loved the final proof. I highly recommend them for your printing services too. Great place to do business with!! read more

My gosh, probably one of the experiences I've had -- not just in the realm of prints either! Jovim and Berto were amazing, knowledgeable, ready, and more than willing to chat with me for more than 30 minutes. Aka, they now know my whole life story and why I'm searching for an array of high-quality, matte poster prints, lol. I'll have to come back to leave another review too. My complimentary print is in the works, and we're hoping for the best outcome, since color match and space is never guaranteed with any project. Letting the printing gods know I've been a good girl! You know all those cool, nicely crafted posters you purchase at concerts, artist events, etc... they print exactly those here. I've never been so excited to swipe my card, haha. read more

Did I forget to mention about how much I love InoPrints? Its disgusting how much I love them. So I went on this Cruise and we all wanted matching shirts (you know for the photo ops). I designed this makeshift design and called up InoPrints because I knew that I was on a time crunch. I am talking about a less-than-two-weeks-pleasehurryandiwillbeyourbestfriend-time-crunch. They helped me punch up my design and confirmed the order with me all in the comforts at my job and via emailing and phone calls. They were so very prompt with answers that I start to question my own work ethic. I worked with InoPrints finest: Jovim, Chris, and Berto. All of them came together as a team to get the job done. It wasn't a huge order either but they treated me like I had spent a million dollars there. I like that service. all of us women do. they were very informative of when the shirts would be done even with the rush order. The shirts came out wonderful and in a timely manner. I am so excited. I am a loyal customer and always will be. I am happy to refer my friends and family-heck even strangers to Ino. I should have stock in Inoprints, Thanks InoPrints for coming to save me again. read more

I couldn't have been happier with the service I received at InoPrints. The owner, Jovim, was very prompt in answering my phone calls, emails, and questions. I've had bad experience with acceptable response time from other printers and I was relieved to find this wasn't true...finally. They were patient with my quest for perfection. My order consisted of postcards and car magnets for my business. I was impressed by the supurb quality, but most importantly I was impressed by the price. I got my order for a fraction of the price and it arrive in just a few days. Bravo, InoPrints! Now keep it up. ;-) read more

After reading all the great Yelp reviews, I reached out to InoPrints for help on making a brochure for a small business. Chris was extremely responsive and made the process of ordering and proofreading the brochure extremely easy. Also, the cost of production was very reasonable (much cheaper than places such as Kinko's!), plus shipping was included for free. The individuals at InoPrints are very willing to help you with whatever your printing needs are, and I would definitely recommend them going forward! read more

I have made an inquiry at several businesses the last couple of days for a customized item. I worked with Berto on the phone, he was upfront with me and let me know while they could not fulfill my order he could lead me in the right direction. He was going out of his way to recommend another business that could possibly help me out. While I didn't do business with them today, I had a great experience and will be working with them in the future. read more

Awesome customer service! Their phone wasn't working and I was still able to get my order in and some posters made in under a day. That is lightening quick if you're not familiar with how long something like this takes. They turned out awesome too. Sure it was a little more than you'd normally pay, but if you factor in what they were able to do last minute I was super impressed all around. Quick Tip: It's tucked into the River West neighborhood which can get a little congested during the day so bring someone with you to sit in the car while you run upstairs to pick up your order. read more

Although I couldn't use their printing services due to a 2 day deadline, Berto was super helpful over phone. He suggested ideas and tips on how to meet my deadline.he was genuinely helpful. It's Employees like him that give businesses a good name and reasons for return. Berto if you're not the owner, tell your boss you deserve a raise. I'm going to use them in the future and request Berto's help with my printing needs. I highly recommend the very professional, genuine and thoughtful employee customer service at this establishment. read more

Man these guy really live up to all the hype. I needed to get some pamphlets and booklets done for a event at my university and the local Kinkos that "gave a school discount" was still quoting me something in the neighborhood of $5K between the two. Ridiculous! To add insult to injury, they were also going to take 2 weeks to do the job, which was crazy because I only needed ~160 printed. AND they were going to charge more for delivery. $5k+ ?! I contacted Ramano and explained my situation-- not only was he able to give me a quote that was less than half what I was quoted before, he was so nice and helpful (looking over it, making sure that the formatting was transferred properly, looking out for any weird image shifts during the process as I tweaked the final file) that I can't imagine going to anyone else for my printing needs. They even worked with me so I could pick them up after hours! These guys are the best. Don't bother looking anywhere else. read more

I just had several business cards printed at Inoprints, and I have to admit that I loved the results! They did a great job and from now on, I will use them every time I shall need. I have tried numerous companies that deal with printing, and the truth is none of them managed to satisfy my needs. The quality of the business cards was amazing, and the money that I spend was worth it! As far as I know, they offer a plethora of services, so anything that involves printing can be handled by them. Another thing that impressed me was the professionalism of the employees. They were eager to advise and help me, and they paid a lot of attention to all essential details. Also, I have to mention that I received my order really quickly. I totally recommend this place to everyone who needs to have something printed, and I guarantee the results will be rewarding. Besides, in case you change your mind about something, you have the possibility to let them know about it via e-mail or through a phone call, and this is great for those who have such a hectic schedule as I have. read more

InoPrints was a dream to work with! Not only did they print up some amazing business cards and post cards for me, they went above and beyond in doing so. They spent time walking me through the process of getting these ordered and reviewed the order to ensure I would be please with the overall design. I got a fare price and could pick them up locally. To top it off, they offer really great green initiatives that keep in line with my company's standards. I couldn't be happier. read more

Seriously, Yelp should let me rate InoPrints with 6 stars. Every single time I do any business with them, they always find a way to exceed expectations. Oh, did I say exceed? I meant to say BLOW THEM OUT OF THE WATER. These folks rock. Do business with them. You will never be disappointed. End of story. read more

I submitted a quote via Yelp and received a reply back within 10 minutes from Jovim. Very responsive and professional.

Based on my limited, and pretty frustrating, experience with printers (specifically for wedding invitations) I have to say that InoPrints is the best of the best. I have 2 wedding receptions on the horizon and had a really tough time finding good printers. I used Cushing for the first reception invitations and there was a complete lack of quality control at that place. With InoPrints, they went above and beyond to recommend the right kind of paper and printing type to do the best job possible. During my quote, they recommended digital printing due to the small quantity. However, when I went to pick up the prints, they actually used offset printing so the quality was way better. I was very shocked and obviously pleased. The cost for a small quantity was high, but they more than surpassed my expectations. I would definitely use them again.. maybe for the Thank You cards. read more

I inquired printing 50 5x7 invitations for my bridal shower and Berto assisted me with the pricing, the type of printing paper, production time, and overall questions. He was upfront and a pleasure to work with. The order was ready for pick up within 2 business days! I had an overall great experience, friendly and knowledgable customer service, affordable, and will recommend Berto and Inoprints for future projects. read more

I have several venture backed clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and needed to get business cards printed for one of them. I put my trust in Inoprints to get a project done on a tight deadline and they exceeded my expectations. Their level of professionalism, quality and service can match up (perhaps even pass) some of the other printers who have been in the "biz" for a while. They are a pleasure to work with and provide cost effective, high quality work. They can count on me for continued business! read more

Perfect! I got exactly what I wanted! I used InoPrints to make T-shirts to pass out as party favors to all of the guests who came to my wedding. The shirts turned out exactly how I wanted them to! I was a little anxious about the shirts just because there was some back-and-forth on the design before it was finalized, but everything turned out nicely. They were absolutely perfect! The shirts were black with white ink, and there was printing on the front and back. We ordered 30 shirts, and they ended up costing $11.75 each, which seemed to be a pretty reasonable price considering the small print-run. I definitely recommend contacting InoPrints well in advance (at least a month) of when you need the shirts to start the process of getting your design ready to go. It does take almost the full two weeks from the time the design is ready to print to the time the shirts are delivered. Express printing is available, but it costs a couple dollars extra per shirt. I was really happy with InoPrints and would use them again for T-shirts or if I needed anything else printed. read more

I used InoPrints' services to print tags and small cards for my business. The quality of their work is fantastic. One of my orders had an error and they tried their best to fix it and reprinted it for me. It was closer to perfect than before, so I was happy with it. They also have free shipping, which I love. The only thing I was a little unhappy about was the fact that my prints weren't exactly what was pictured . The spacing in some areas isn't the exact same as my file, but the quality of the print and paper are on point. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Ino printed playbills for a show I produced, and I couldn't have been happier. All the employees with whom I interacted were very nice and professional. The playbill was gorgeous and the process to get it printed was seamless. Fast turnaround. Reasonable prices. Jovim even threw in extra copies and a nicer paper stock for free. I'd definitely use them again and definitely recommend them!! read more

I have worked with InoPrints for almost 10 years now on different projects and this review is long overdue. The last project I did with them was a big one involving large scale glowing menus and vinyls for the entire face of a building with multiple businesses. Thank you for your continued service to everyone at InoPrints, especially Berto. read more

These guys are the best. Helped us handle a tough last-minute printing situation with the patience of SAINTS. These guys are great! I came in with a jpeg of an image I wanted on a business card. I had no idea these things need to be a certain size. They were patient and helpful in getting my image where it needed to be for print. The quality is excellent, the price is right and these guys are pretty easy on the eyes to boot. Check it out, you wont be disappointed! read more

Let me just say...Jovim at InoPrints is a GEM! I had a huge order over 1000 tickets and he made sure every single detail was executed to the absolute best of his ability. He was helpful, he replied to emails, he fixed the needed changes, and he was VERY flexible with my requests and my order. I was also under a time crunch and couldn't believe how patient he was and how FAST my order came. I am so lucky to have found him and InoPrints, and will continue to use him for any other ticket services I may need. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOVIM! Quality. Fast. Dependable. Great Prices. Excellent Customer Service. As my wedding day approached, I needed to mass reproduce a CD for our wedding giveaway. InoPrints offered a great deal on this service so I decided to go with them. In hindsight, not only did I get a good deal, but with it I got excellent service- quality product(s), quick turnaround, and dependable/patient customer service. Coming from a guy who just went through the dreaded ordeal known as 'wedding planning', my experience with InoPrints was one of the few tasks that went smoothly and stress-free. I've known the owner for some time now through mutual friends, and hes always been a friendly and genuine guy. Ino is fantastic! I needed to have my wedding save the date postcards printed and they were amazing to work with. I submitted my design to them and they followed up with a proof. We had a quick call to talk about how everything would look and then they printed them up at lightening speed. They were super friendly and encouraged me to contact them at any time with questions. Great customer service! :) I was thrilled when I picked them up...they looked gorgeous.
