These guys deserve their solid 5 star rating. For the past couple of years I've been doing smaller print jobs at Kinkos or Fedex, and it's always a pain in the ass, expensive, and time consuming. I live close to Ross Printing, so one day I decided to look into their services. I emailed them at night about making some copies for a workshop I teach, they responded immediately and I emailed them the file. The next morning they emailed me asking if I wanted color or black and white, gave me the price options, and offered to staple the pages together. They are the best! This is what excellent customer service is all about. They were responsive, friendly, and went over and above, even for a relatively small job like mine. If you would drive to get to a chain store, you may as well drive to Ross. Their service is outstanding, and I will use them in the future for any printing needs. If you're looking for a print job with quality products and extremely great prices, LOOK NO MORE! I have used Ross Printing for 4 different jobs in the last 2 months. I ordered special envelopes, survey forms, business cards and other special documents for our company, and I couldn't be more pleased. They even deliver for free, but we're in the area, so if you're further away, you may want to pay him for delivery service. It's soooo worth it. Just came in to print 3 pages out. Black and white. $2 and they accepted my debit card. Good quality paper and the man who's been working there for 40 years let me have an envelope to put it in even though I offered to add it to the tab. They've been around for over 50 years. It has been quite a few years since I posted my original review. I used Ross Printing again today for a very minor project but they never make you feel like your project is minor. Steve helped me adjust my file that I submitted for printing for a very nominal fee and had my work done within an hour. The customer service that you receive from Ross Printing is just not standard anymore at many places. And the quality is by far, the best I have had. An awesome local shop run by two men who really care about their customers and their product. They advised me on the best paper to make my order look superb and reprinted it (without me requesting!), which shows their attention to detail and pride in their work. They even gave me the extras, no charge! The owner even asked if I wanted ice cream when he was going to get some, a charming down-to-earth sort of gesture that doesn't happen often anymore. The first time I went here to print my power point presentation it was great! Steve helped me and he did everything to perfection. The next time I came, I just wanted to print my boarding pass another man helped me and charged me $2.50 for a ONE PAGE BLACK AND WHITE COPY!!!! I have never in my life paid for a regular print job more than 25 CENTS! My friends have also used this place to print their PowerPoint presentations and the prices are so inconsistent. I could have gladly gone to staples or other big print shops, but I wanted to support local businesses but this was absolutely absurd. Very disappointed and I felt taken advantage of. Maybe it was my fault that I didn't ask how much it would cost beforehand, but I don't think my print should've costed even half of what I paid for. read more

I went to Ross for printing my invitations. I'm happy that they have hours on Saturdays. The owner, Ross was a very very nice man. The quality of the printing isn't as nice as Sir Speedy and they charge a hourly rate. Ross wasn't too knowledgeable about the technology he was working with, I felt like I was guiding him through the steps that needed to be done. He didn't know how to open my USB file or cancel a printing job on the printer! Perhaps his son, who apparently is the one there on weekdays, knows more.
