KHan took the time to show me all the options to consider, gave me his personal input, hired an outside designer for the cover and had it to me within 5 days of placing the order. This was a tall order as it was 427 pages altogether and it came out perfectly! Was very disappointed with the customer service and quality of work. Had to wait longer than i was promised for my order. When I called to check on the status, they were clueless of what the order was, when it came in, and couldn't find the artwork. I informed them I would in be later that day for a refund, because I had no faith or trust in them getting the order done correctly. They ignored my request and went a printed it anyway. Of course they were printing errors on the cards when I picked them up. Two huge front errors on them, that I believe any good printer would have caught the mistake before finishing the order. Would never go back there again, even if they offered to do the work for free. read more

Asghar is the sweetest person to work with. They were incredibly busy when my designer first submitted the files to be printed. Even though I got my finished product 4 days after he said it would initially be done, I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Came in to have wedding shower invitations done. Khan, the owner, was absolutely great!! He was kind, polite and very helpful. He even said I could drop off my card stock next door until midnight so that I wouldn't have to figure out when to do so during the next day. After 1 1/2 weeks of delayed responses from Kahn, he emailed me on the Friday before Memorial Day stating he would send me proofs the following Tuesday (this was the 3rd time he promised proofs).
