They helped with menus for my wedding, stickers for a retirement party & garage sale fliers. Every job was completed on time & better than I expected. Just look at the pictures from my last project. I sent the same file with the same requirements to both places. Not hard to tell who I went with. RossPrinting took the time to square up my poster with out me asking or charging extra. On top of that the quality of paper was much better & cheaper.

I emailed them at night about making some copies for a workshop I teach, they responded immediately and I emailed them the file. The next morning they emailed me asking if I wanted color or black and white, gave me the price options, and offered to staple the pages together. They are the best! This is what excellent customer service is all about. They were responsive, friendly, and went over and above, even for a relatively small job like mine. If you would drive to get to a chain store, you may as well drive to Ross. Their service is outstanding, and I will use them in the future for any printing needs.
