I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max and AirPod Pro Maxs in October through my mobile carrier T-Mobile. A very hostile manager informed me that "a man in a nike tech" came and signed for my package with an ID displaying my name.. Heaven Wright. Bullshit. They get their own people to come and pose as the receiving customer and then approves the pickup so that it doesn't look like any foul play on the camera. If said camera is even working. They refused to give me any answers.. denial of retrieval of footage, denial of any compassion. A police report was filed and my order was replaced and reimbursed but the audacity to take my shit that I worked hard for is crazy to me.

So I waited in line, got up to the counter, and I had three separate transactions. The customer service rep returned two of my transactions then she said "you'll have to come back another time to return the rest because it's 7 and I have to close." I have never been turned away MID TRANSACTION when I was in the door 15 minutes before close and the reason for the long line is because all the lockers were full and presumably the rep hadn't cleared them out. I'm furious I was turned away while at the counter, mid transaction when my return likely would have taken another 60 seconds. Horrendous customer service.

A lot of stuff here are brands I've never heard of, but you can find brand name stuff here (Apple, Belkin, Targus, JBL, etc). We came here to buy an external hard drive after the current one decided to die. When we asked an employee (I think his name was Hector), about whether or not the particular hard drive we were looking at would be right for its intended use, he was able to answer our questions. When we checked out, the cashier asked us a bunch of questions about what we were buying and if we had any questions. We asked her about protecting devices from static electricity, and she didn't have a clue about anything beyond scanning purchases and pushing the extended warranty plans. If you have questions about items here, just ask one of the employees...not a cashier. Overall, this is a nice clean store. Don't expect to find everything you're looking for. But if you need basic accessories and gaming stuff, this place has all of that.

I used this service for 2yrs and the last 4M was a nightmare. My mail was basically held hostage even though I had paid for the service. I had to reach out to corporate to complain and they refused to communicate with them either. I had clients who had sent me checks and they refused to forward them to me. I had to reach out the clients and ask them to reissue them (how unprofessional is that?)
