Never open at posted times. If it says 9am, assume 9:30. They are always late, and then act like you're inconveniencing them.

I work at a business around the corner, and ran over on my lunch break. They already had the doors locked and lights turned off several minutes before closing time. I just had to pick up my order - would have been in and out of there in 10 seconds. Don't say you close at a certain time if it means you are going to lock your doors earlier. Where I work, we cannot lock the doors until it is that minute on the dot. read more

I live 3 blocks from this location & I've Always had a Wonderful Experience here! The staff is Super Friendly and Knowledgeable- there's always good music playing, I can pickup or return my packages with Zero Hassle & they are always giving away free samples of foods, beauty, or homecare products. This place actually makes pickup & returning items more relaxing :) Pickup is on the app at the lockers so sometimes I can just grab and go. read more

Great location, plenty of lockers, and a helpful crew! I have used this location to pickup many little items I purchase on Amazon... specifically for my son's swimming lessons. Rather than wait on a delivery truck and my building's package room/crew to deliver the items, I can get the packages instantly at this locker site. I have had large items (flotation devices and floats) and small items instantly delivered here and ready for pickup within minutes. It is very convenient to have an Amazon locker location nearby! read more

I visited the Amazon Clark and Diversey location twice in one day this week, and my stop in was such a quick and easy process. I'd placed an order via the Amazon site on Sunday night, and selected the option to pick up at this location because there have been a few instances of theft in my apartment building's lobby. I figured this might be a viable option to avoid thievery in the future, and the shipping cost no more or less, so why not? Amazon's app let me know that my order of four items would be arriving as two different boxes, which was fine with me since I live nearby. Again, I placed my order around 8pm on Sunday, and received an email notification about my items being ready on Monday night at 7:37pm. That's less than 24 hours after ordering. That... was awesome. I didn't feel like going back out after a long day at work, so I decided to pick up my package in the morning. When I woke up, I drove to the Amazon Clark and Diversey location and parked out front with my hazards on, since I was just running inside. I left my phone in the car, too, since it was pretty much dead (I promise this part is relevant!). I stood inside and was admittedly a little confused, and after about 45 seconds an employee with long blonde and purple hair came out of the back room to help me. She told me that I was sent a code to scan the Amazon locker where my item was, and that I could use my phone to open the locker. When I told her I didn't have my phone, she told me no problem! If I gave her my ID she could pull up the code on her scanning device. This entire process took about a minute or two, then she scanned the locker, and BAM, my package was right there. How rad is that?! The second time I visited later that day to pick up my second package, I knew to take my phone out and scan. This visit took, like, one minute total, and I knew my packages were safe. I don't think I'd get HUGE packages sent here since they'd be a pain to carry back home, but this is convenient for making sure your small Amazon packages don't get stolen from your less trustworthy neighbors. I love this concept because I am not a big fan of small talk and I really don't care if an employee greets me or talks to me while I'm in a store (not that I mind if I'm greeted! I just don't care that much). That's why I like shopping online -- I can get my stuff in one swift moment and not even have to move from my couch, and I don't have to be chattty! This is like that concept but in real life. Just cross your fingers that none of your hot neighbors learn of this before you show up to the Amazon pickup store in your sweatpants. ;) read more

This location used to be phenomenal in the past...great customer service, in and out. My recent visit to return a large item unboxed was a mild nightmare. The young man that assisted was not interested in assisting me in packing printing a label and everything I had to do myself all the way down to lifting the item and helping him fit it into the box he brought from the back. I give this place 2 stars for ease of parking. read more

This was my first time using a Locker for Amazon and I have to say I'm glad I did and I will be using this method more often. Less hassle and I picked up my package after I finished my errands so I didn't have to sit around and wait for a driver to drop off package. I'm winning all around with that deal. The young lady in the store was very nice and didn't make me feel like a big dum dum for not knowing how to use or even pull up my code to pick up my package. I mean its very scientific...lol Joking it is very easy and convenient and I will be back and use this method again. As always folks... Enjoy!!! read more

Hello, I came to this location to drop off a package. I was here before 9am and now is 910am. The door states location opens at 9am. Lights are off and no one is here. I called the number and the assistant was rude on the line as well. How are we as customers supposed to fulfill our needs when no one is here at all. Why why whyyyyyy?? Are my Amazon packages being handled by the USPS? I don't get it. That government agency is so incompetent, unprofessional, annoying....and anti-customer. It is absolutely baffling that Amazon chooses to subject their customers to the postal service nonsense. No kidding....my packages are delayed. Why? Obviously because Amazon had them handed off to USPS. There should be a way to opt out. Consequently I have decided that any item that they ship in this way will be categorically returned at this shipping location read more

As much as I'd prefer getting my packages delivered right to my front door, unfortunately they disappear a lot. So second choice is this wonderful Amazon location. Sometimes it's even better than getting a package delivered right to my door. Each and every employee goes above and beyond to help, they always have a smile on (I went here before mask wearing time as well, they always smile), they are welcoming, super friendly, and they always give my dogs treats :-) read more

Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. I've picked up and returned packages at this location many times and each time the staff is so welcoming and does all they can to help. They don't just send you to the self check, they are actually happy to do it for you or with you, and they explain everything. A very easy, pleasurable experience every time.
