Shipper BEWARE!!!! I brought some medications here to be boxed, processed and mailed by the store employees this past week. However, I found out the tracking number they gave me was never scanned in at this store location!! And, my package was NEVER shipped out from this location, so it never arrived for the person I sent it to! The staff has not been helpful at locating my box, that should have been processed and shipped by them. They claim it was picked up by driver, yet do NOT have the package as scanned in by their store.....so someone is not telling the truth! Who knows who has these prescriptions and what they are doing with them!! DO NOT have them box up and ship items for you, especially medications. They are NOT all honest employees and will not attempt to locate a missing box or the contents. BEWARE!! read more

The service here is awful. I've had two interactions with the staff and they are so incredibly rude. Both times I called to ask a question and each time the agents sounded like they were being burdened by the call. First time was for notary and it was so unfriendly. Today I used a courier service to return a package. The courier tried to get a receipt but they said they were too busy and asked him to leave the package. When I called the store to follow up they said once a package is dropped off they have no idea what happens. I told them he's literally outside because he just left the store and I just need to make sure the package gets scanned (I had to return it no later than today). The woman told me she has no way of knowing because they are sooooo incredibly busy she can't possibly know what happened in the last 2 minutes. I told her it's a unique package and if she can just look around and make sure it's there I can describe it. She said the delivery truck is here so it will probably get scanned at some point in the journey. How is this acceptable? Why is she needed then? AI could've done this and now we see why jobs are being replaced by them. 6 hours later there's no update on my package. Completely useless. The previous review is even making me nervous about the safety of my package. Just drive a little bit further to another location. read more

This place doesn't have the friendliest vibe. That's fine, I'm not there to make friends. But when you throw the business packages I'm shipping to my customers across the room when I'm standing right there, that's a sign of how much you absolutely don't care. This branch is convenient for me sometimes but I'll stick with the West Fullerton location from now on because they actually understand customer service and they care. read more

Lousy customer service there were three staff today. None of them seem to know anything. Their boxes are way overpriced so go get a box at target or Home Depot for like two dollars and there's surcharge on US post office stuff is out of sight and double surprise avoid this place. read more

Just good people work here in general. Really, REALLY appreciate all of the times they have been there for me over the years. This is the best UPS store I have ever been to, and I recommend it highly. Brittany and Kevin have been fantastic managers in particular, I just can't say enough good things about them!!! The whole staff in general is thorough. I've never had a mistake (I've shipped plenty) and it just seems like they know how to take care of anything I bring in. I was inside for less than 10 minutes and when I came outside there was a boot on my car. They sit in the parking lot waiting to blackmail you into paying for it back. The guy was so focused on getting my credit card that he wouldn't listen to me showing him my receipt from inside. Awful. read more

How disappointed I am with this store! I paid them in December to deliver a package but it was never received! I called many times asking for a resolution. It is now March, and still, nothing has been done to reimburse me for my lost item or what I paid to have it delivered. Every time I call, I am given the run-around by the manager. This place is great! UPS is generally overpriced in my opinion, but that isn't this location's fault. Every time I go in there whether it's to print an Amazon return sticker or just to package something up, though the place is small, the customer service is second to none. The employees are always so friendly and helpful and accommodating, so I will continue to choose this location over the less-friendly USPS that I had been to recently just because of that. :) read more

Great service experience at this store - I was trying to make a return but had a faulty QR code and could not print a label. Michael let me leave my very large package at the store and email him a label once I was able to get a new one from Amazon. He was extremely flexible and pleasant, going out of his way to help me avoid an inconvenient situation. Awesome store. read more

Parked here to drop off a package - walked across the street and had my car booted Bad enough that when I came back they tried to charge $170. When I offered to pay to leave they still refused to take the boot off because I wouldn't sit in my car. The landlord of this property is running a scam with innovative parking solutions to shake down shoppers. Never go to any business here. Had to literally call the chicago police department to make the guy take the boot off and the cop had to stay there until he actually removed the boot. Police officer even told the guy he was wrong and to remove the boot immediately. read more

This store is great. The problem is we sent a package out to Northwestern Hospital with the doctors name and address correctly filed out and the UPS driver wouldn't deliver the package because it didn't have a suite number listed. Question?? Has the quality of help disintegrated in this country do much that a delivery driver cannot even go the extra step and help deliver an important piece of medical mail to the right address? My partner likes UPS for its service and she uses it quite a bit for much of her correspondence. I couldn't care less and really believe in the quality of the postal service. Have we really dumbed down our services so much that basic intellect has been replaced by lethargy and incompetence? read more

FedEx is at the other end of the plaza, and they've been disorganized and unfriendly more often than not, so I default to this UPS Store when I can. read more

I ordered 3 pages to be printed online and paid for my order prior to arriving at the store. Despite showing the employee my confirmation email, the employee told me that he wasn't capable of printing my pages and advised me to go to FedEx down the street. I did so and returned shortly after to have the pages notarized. Again, he told me that he was not trained to notarize anything and referred me to the currency exchange down the street. What is the purpose of advertising these services when the store cannot perform them? Further, the employee's response to my inquiries was smug. If he cannot perform any of the services that have been advertised, I would at least hope he'd be apologetic. He also never returned my money for the pages that I paid for - still waiting, UPS!! I went to the currency exchange down the street (off of Broadway, slightly south of Diversey) to get my pages notarized. GO THERE. I spent much less money to have more items notarized than at the UPS store. I'm extremely disappointed with UPS, especially this particular store. I sent a package with birthday gifts for my sister from this store, the package is delivered, but with the wrong contents. Such a careless mistake. So I make a claim for the package, but the Claims department cannot give me an update, they tell me to contact the store. When I call the store, they either don't answer or put me on hold. I just want my claim resolved and a check for the missing contents and shipping costs. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! While dropping boxes at this store my truck was parked in the lot. My truck was booted. That's right, booted. And it cost me $140.00 to un-boot my truck. The Landlord for this strip mall employs these goons that literally stalk in the shadows. They drive a white SUV with a jacked up front. If you leave your car unattended on the Island or if you leave the parking lot they immediately boot you. When I parked, a truck was parked next to me. When I came back, the truck was gone and the boot was there. When I asked about the truck that was there they said "They weren't here to argue." When I told the UPS store they asked "are they gonna take it off?" I replied "Yeah, when I pay them 140 bux." reply was "Oh". There are other UPS stores and other malls. Huh? I needed to mail a small package with the ability to make sure that it was delivered to the recipient. I stood in line at fed-ex for a few minutes but it didn't seem to moving so I left and came to the UPS store. I told the guy behind the counter what I needed to do and his response was, "We can't do that here. You'll have to go to the post office for that." to which I said, "Isn't this the UPS store?" and his reply was, "Oh, yeah, I can send it through UPS but it'll be like $15." So.. 'Tis the season when the disgruntled "Go Postal" (they use that term for a reason) and lose it. Counter people here SMILE and actually have TEETH (something else I have noticed missing at the U.S. post office) along with tape, boxes, labels and yes, stamps. Here they had sharpies and gasp- service too! It's a Christmas Miracle! I got my beautifully wrapped Christmas gifts shipped and delivered with signature confirmation for only $3.00 more per box than I would've paid at the post office. No line, no waiting, a tootsie roll gratis and a toothy thank you. Totally worth an extra $3. They also have hot UPS guys. Who doesn't like the hot UPS guy? I have high standards. read more

I go to the UPS store because my bank is in another state but I can make deposits at most UPS stores. The service is inconsistent, sometimes they're friendly. An employee huffed at me because I asked him to log out of my account screen (with my account info) on the computer after I finished my deposit because I was leaving. It's my personal info and I don't want it visible by anyone! read more

UPS The staff here are friendly and helpful but ups is really suffering from having a fed ex in same lot. I had to send my laptop out for service at my expense. laptop boxes are $25!! Wtf!!!! FedEx has various sized electronics boxes including normal sized laptop for $15 and smaller ones for $7 or $8 For my particular shipment fed ex was $2 cheaper plus I saved $18 on the box. read more

I've always had good experience here, but was moved to contribute this after the other day. Huge shout out to Michael, who -- five seconds after the store opened -- ably managed multiple clients while dealing with my impending breakdown. I had sweatily lugged a huge box to the store in the cold only to discover I was without several key things, including my credit card, which had only JUST been replaced after a fraudulent charge led to its being cancelled and than an unusually lengthy process to have it replaced. I was in no shape for this. Michael was calm, cool, collected. He walked me through my options with full professionalism and a generous dash of humanity. It was really just a little thing, but it was really appreciated. Way to go, UPS, for hiring Michael. read more

I'm shocked by the negative reviews here. I've had a mailbox here for about two years and the staff are always extremely helpful. I travel a lot for work, and they are always willing to tell me what's sitting in my box, and overnight it to wherever I am if I need them too. Super helpful, very nice, and understanding. read more

This place rocks my socks....kinda. They are efficient and friendly. Maybe they are more expensive then the FedEx across the parking lot but UPS has yet to lose any of my packages whereas I have been on a few wild goose chases for FedEx stuff delivered to wrong addresses in the city here. The parking lot is really really terrible when it is busy so save yourself and aneurysm and park on a meter on Clark there. The lot will boot you if you step off the shopping center property so do your thing and leave. Also people need to pay attention when pulling into this place....the north exit is ONLY an exit but yet jerk@ffs still pull in this exit to cut off the line of cars waiting for a spot and honk at you for getting in their way...Maybe I should write a review for just the parking lot.... But the store....the store is great. Definitely recommended. read more

Consistently rude service. As someone already mentioned, they seem REALLY annoyed that they have to do their job if you come in to pick up packages. God forbid you have to pick up more than once in a week- say if you are, I don't know, a business? "Are you SURE that is all my mail?" (Knowing I am due to receive 20 items as of last week) UPS guys: "Yeah that's it." (Not making eye contact) Next day I go to pickup. Sure enough there are 15-20 items that couldn't have arrived all at once. read more
