I'm a small bottled water company who have customers purchasing from several different states. The cases are 15lbs. She says their to heavy. How can u advertise a service but then refuse to perform the service. It's not my fault that no one could lift 15lbs. State that on the website or put up a sign saying packages need to be under a specific weight. Now I have to change the mailing address for my company and everything else I used that address for. the service is good but AVOID conversations with the asian lady at all costs. she has pent-up pre-scripted conversations already compiled in her head on what she wants to say condescendingly and patronizing to the people at the counter. she doesn't listen nor barely follows what you have to say to her conversationally for any directions to procedurally change based on your requests and already have this script in her mind on what she wants to do with your package and say with 'you as an example' for everyone else to overhear on such conversations, and make it scene as if you somehow messed up (when you're simply asking for her service) and others in line should pay attention and follow suit on such reprimanded conversational piece that she's having with you....just remain stoic and don't say anything. have her say whatever until you get your item scanned in and leave (or read this review and FIX YOUR ATTITUDE). it's not rocket science, she just wants to have this power flex conversationally for what she does that others have to wait in line for. the prices are also marked up for the location to attract what type of 'safe' customers they want to serve, so go to the discount website 'pirate ship' where you can preprint and pre-box your items at home with tape and reused boxes and bubble wrap that you already get from other deliveries to avoid their service surcharge on boxing and wrapping it for you if you already prepaid the label based on weight and dimensions. the other worker is great if they all just adopt his attitude and be more level-headed instead of having this superiority complex that other reviews already describe her as. people just use this place out of convenience because the alternative drop-off locations are far but customer relations remain flakey because of her dry condescending tone and talking points to make you feel like you did something wrong but you're just asking for your package to be scanned in for shipment, but she always want to school you like a kindergartener for some reason, where some people don't come back and she's hurting her own business with her talking points and scripted ideologies. have the other guy be more in charge as the front-facing personable person when dealing with customers and learn more from him. read more

Not a true FedEx location. They don't have the equipment to read the FedEx QR codes provided by retailers. I was told it was fine to email the label to them, they printed it and then charged me a printing fee for their obsolete software/equipment. Bring your nickels and dimes, you'll need them. read more

This shipping store recently opened, and it is such a great place for any kind of shipping. I have mailed packages USPS, as well as FedEx, and it's a quick process. I came to buy stamps. It took 20 min, literally. No exaggeration, and I know because I had to extend my parking. 20 min to buy mail stamps. The lady who was working was very calm given the line of people waiting which was good, however, the lack of organization and the lack of speed at this place makes me want to never come back again. They have drop-off service for mail packages and they allow you to rent mailboxes, a lady came in to pick up a package, the working lady had to go through each and every package they had (I counted 12 then lost patience) to find the one she was looking for. And then the Fedex guy came to pick up the packages and he counted more than she did, so she had to re-scan all of them one by one to find the missing package. I went to this location to ship internationally via DHL. While the lady at the counter was nice she wasn't very knowledgeable about DHL policies. Due to the shipment value which was clearly stated on the forms I gave her, the paperwork required my federal tax ID which I didn't know at the time. As an authorized shipping center she should have known this and advised me. Now my shipment has been delayed for days which I could have avoided if this business understood DHL policies better. read more

Came here for FedEx shipping since my job has a shipping account set up, only to find that this location cannot legally accept biohazard shipments - so much for the all the hospitals and universities with 1,000 medical research projects going on. Sigh. Waste of a trip. Woman working was apologetic and said she wished they could accept them, but can't as a general retailer and not an actual authorized FedEx location. With a UPS/USPS location also nearby, I wouldn't have a need to use this store personally or for business again. read more

I have found this store to be a godsend, particularly as I have been very stressed recently sending several packages overnight via FedEx. The woman working here is so helpful and she is willing to accommodate according to your needs. She has been willing to hold onto a package for me until the very last minute before shipping while I waited for a final document; she even offered to wait before sealing the package and to stick it in there for me if I emailed the document to her, saving me a trip back. She also patiently answers my one million questions while I consider all the possible shipping options. The free parking lot in the back is a nice bonus but it can be an added headache if there's a lot of snow/ice and the alley isn't clear. read more

I went to send my sister a Christmas package to France. The owner was not there, but another helpful lady was, and when I sent the package through DHL my sister had to pay a 30 EUR tax to pick the it up because the package was not marked as a "gift". I felt this was the shipping center's fault as it was not sent correctly. When I went to ask for reimbursement for the mistake, Lisa was very reluctant to help at all. I wanted her to reimburse me for the duty my sister had to pay on the package. My sister should not have had to pay to pick up her own christmas present. Lisa tried to argue with me on this topic, and said she could only give me a $10 refund. I took it, as something is better than nothing, but I left feeling very slighted. read more
