I suppose this is not the travel agency's fault. The past few years we have tried to book something with OK travel but they take really long to get back to us. We end up looking on Expedia finding great packages and booking it ourselves. We get an email from OK Travel sometimes a week after we call and by then we found something else that's better than what they were offering.

Barakeh travel is an OK company but beware that they do not have the courtesy to send you…read morenotifications of schedule changes to the flights they book for you. I missed my flight because their itinerary stated the Royal Jordanian flight was 9 pm and it was changed to 8:45 a few months earlier and I arrived 80 minutes before 9:00 pm and missed it. Their ticket rules do state that you must call the airline 3 days before the flight to confirm the schedule but still It is a very unprofessional to not send their customers notifications of a change in the flight schedule. I will probably buy tickets from them because they remind you of good offers but would not fully trust their itineraries nor expect notifications of changes from them like Travelocity and Kayak does.

His GF called and they confirmed this and she said we'll we need to cancel and she was told they can't. The confirmation literally stated you have to be between 18-21 to book. The rep she talked said yes that is true but you can't travel without a relative over 25 and we will NOT refund your tickets. Had they not looked into this they would have been rejected at boarding. I Hope to get people to stop using Carnival until they make their policies more reasonable, My son should have been warned of this at booking. Very ANGRY
