They paid attention to every last detail of the most wonderful trip of our lives. The drivers that picked us up were on time and very reliable. The hotels were the ultimate best, the views were so scenic and beautiful. We had fabulous complimentary breakfast at every hotel which made for a great start to our mornings. The tours that were set up were done by very knowledgeable people who knew everything about the area that we were taken to. The wine tastings were above and beyond along with great views and food. We had a couple of days to ourselves which we relished swimming in the Mediterranean Sea and our hotel pool. This was such a wonderful and most memorable trip and we couldn't have done it without Gadabout Travel. We cannot thank them enough! We strongly recommend you contact them for your next trip, we know we will! Thank you again, Pam, Melissa and Staff.

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the entire transaction from beginning to end. I contacted Mark looking for rates on home owners insurance and auto insurance. I gave him my loan officer's information and he worked directly with her to obtain required information for the home quote. I couldn't believe how much lower my auto rate was through AAA compared to what I was previously paying, even on a family bundled plan. Everything regarding the home and auto policies was clearly explained to me. I truly couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with, or a better deal. Thanks much, Mark with AAA!!!

Big THANK YOU to Karen Kimmey for arranging our Honeymoon. We just returned from Riviera Maya and…read morecouldn't have asked for more. Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the different spots that were best for us in December/January. We had some ideas and discussed them with Karen. She was honest and up front about peak seasons for certain locations that were out of our budget and suggested other places. She never pushed one location or one resort on us and gave us plenty of options. We chose the Valentin Imperial Maya in Riviera Maya. It is an all-inclusive resort, adults only that we absolutely loved. Huge pool with multiple swim up bars. The beach was right there as well. Great on-site restaurants. The BEST customer service from all the staff from the maid service, to the wait staff and bartenders to the concierge. The weather was perfect as Karen promised. She provided transportation from the airport to the resort and back and assigned us a rep to book all of our excursions which went seamlessly. My mom has been using OK Travel and working with Karen for 20+ years so I knew I was in good hands having her help with my honeymoon. When trying to research everything on my own it got crazy right away and I just didn't want to deal with it. Glad we chose OK Travel and Karen to help set up our dream honeymoon. I highly recommend using OK Travel if you don't want to spend hours, days weeks scouring the internet for the best deals. Fernando

The Resort had a "Travel Club" and they were relentless about getting us to join. Inviting us to go to a meeting, we had limited time and this was very annoying. I suppose this is not the travel agency's fault. The past few years we have tried to book something with OK travel but they take really long to get back to us. We end up looking on Expedia finding great packages and booking it ourselves. We get an email from OK Travel sometimes a week after we call and by then we found something else that's better than what they were offering.
