I just had an amazing experience here. I came last week and something was wrong with my passport. I was told to come back with my birth certificate and marriage license. I made an appointment and came in today. My birth certificate is old but legible. The receptionist looked at it and said she wasn't sure, but she was sending me back. The woman who processed me used her discretion and let me use it. What was amazing was how kind both of these ladies are. They were so polite and gentle with their words. Agency processing TSA Prescreening applications. They were very polite and professional, though very, VERY busy. The owner offered pizza to the walk in applicants who arrived at or before 9 am and were still waiting at 1:30. A small kindness that seemed to be appreciated! Anyway, I recommend making an appointment rather than going the walk in route, because there's a limit on how many walk ins can be accommodated in a day, also the wait may be prolonged. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I emailed the owner Jim regarding some fingerprints I needed done. I saw that their hours were Monday through Friday 9-5pm. I don't get off work until 5pm. Jim asked when I would be able to make it in and he told me that he would stay open for me. He even gave me his personal cell number if I needed anything. There were no other customers when I got there obviously because it was after hours. But the staff was very nice and got me in and out in about 5 mins. Absolutely terrible service. I had a 1050 am appointment for a Twic card interview. It is now 1245 and I am in a small office with 25 very upset people. This is a terrible experience. Just how I wanted to spend my Saturday afternoon. To top it off, I can hear the secretary telling several people on the phone that they don't need an appointment. read more

What a joke, website says that they take walk ins so I went there yesterday at 9;20 am young man at the front desk tells me that there are 4 people ahead of me should be an hour wait? so sitting there in the room where the lady is doing the fingerprinting I am just waiting and waiting they kept taking everyone that walked into the building after me claiming that they had apt, never once did the lady even acknowledge that I was even there? I waited for almost 2 hours before I opened my mouth and the lady was very rude and didn't even say when she would try and get me in! she told me that some people wait 3 or 4 hours? It being my only day off I sure didn't want to spend it there , I felt like that she was going to make me wait until 1 when it was time to close and tell me that Sorry she didn't have time to do it today?! I kinda felt like because I was the only white person in there that she was treating me like she didn't even see me... Not once did she even offer or explain when she would get to me? I was very upset that I wasted 2 hours of my morning sitting there and got nothing accomplished. I feel that they need to change their website?
