She told me "Nobody does it this way they already have the QR code ready." She was irritated like it's the DMV. I gave it 2 stars because she did put the box in a bag at end. They also deal with alot of crap from Karen's and actual crazy people. I also haven't seen pants on fire manager in a while. For us the quality of the color, paper and binding was very important because we needed to produce a professional report that would satisfy our funders (Chicago Community Trust, LISC and UIC) and at the same time it would be attractive for community members, executive directors of organizations and legislators. We were very pleased with the personal treatment of Colleen the owner of Clyde Printing Co, she really worked with us to help us figure out what we wanted/ needed and we were able to see the work before it was mass produced in order to review how it was turning out. Not only Colleen is a great business woman, but she also has a great sense of humor. We didn't felt like this was an anonymous business transaction, but partnership to get a great project become a real product. Before approaching Clyde Printing Co. we looked for other printers and they only offered 200 copies for the same prince that Colleen offers us the 300. Nonetheless, the quality was not sacrificed, in fact we got a better product that the competition was offering. Another major fun fact, that influenced our decision, is that Colleen is a local business that has being operating in Bridgeport for a couple of decades and that contributes greatly to the assets of our community.
