I can offer these personal observations: - Response from Al and the team was quick and thorough - Production time was super fast and communicated well throughout the process. - quality of the pieces was excellent and he helped make the files ready. We did not have bleeds properly designed before sending and they caught/updated it for us before running. - Pricing was great. Al Bally and the entire team are honest, thorough, work quickly, and we were not disappointed with any part of the process. If your company needs printing this is a hidden gem you should consider working with. I'm so glad we found them and we plan to use them a lot more in the future. Laslty, they have a nice mix of new and older equipment. What's interesting about the older equipment is the art that is required to do foil stamping properly. They certainly nail this. Also they have a very good digital press to handle much of our print demand. A great mix.

Though the college's relationship with Mid-American extends further back than this, in the four years that I've been regularly working with them, there have been no significant problems and many great successes. They always make sure that we're not paying more than we have to--even if it means telling us that some job we've offered them would be cheaper at Kinko's. They've gone to bat for us when we've had issues with postal permits and delivery issues. They routinely think of slightly different ways of doing thing than the ones we initially envisioned that make our lives easier, our publications better, and our bills less expensive. Our contact there, Bruce, is so integral a part of how we get our work done that he may as well be another employee of the college, half the time. At my company, we aren't big enough to have an in-house print shop--and we're small enough to highly value knowing who we're working with so that person can be a colleague, rather than a salesman, to us. If you're concerned about environmental impact, Mid-American uses soy-based inks and can use Forest Stewartship Council-approved paper--and can get your publications FSC-certified. Print FSC and Soy Ink logos on your publications, and you can make a statement to to your Green customers. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I'm not a professional designer - I only do it on the side - so I sincerely appreciated that they were willing to run some quick proofs for us as I found a way to get the resolution up to where I wanted it. We have done newsletters, brochures, postcards, etc. I have worked with other printers (who shall remain unnamed), where I would check my print order at their location and realize I was shorted the number of items I ordered, the print job was fuzzy, the fonts printed incorrectly, and/or the communication was spotty. Lots of times the employees of printers are clueless and are not perfectionists, as printers should be. I always had to go over everything with a hawk's eye to make sure the job was done correctly. It was very frustrating, to say the least. You have NONE of those problems with Belmonte. The customer service is the best I have seen. All of our printed materials were outstanding. They have a website where you can generate quotes for your printing jobs, AND they deliver! I couldn't be more satisfied, and could not recommend a printer more highly.

This place is extremely unprofessional. Products come back smelling like cigar smoke, communication…read moreis all over the place, deadlines are missed, mock-ups are not closely followed, and they sneakily try to cut corners to save themselves money while charging their customers full price regardless. some examples my business partner ran into: -the plastisol ink on her garments wasn't cured properly leaving it sticky, cracking, or in extreme cases pieces of the design flaking off. -Another time they completely skipped a black ink layer on a design thinking it would go unnoticed because it was printed on a black garment, but the black ink layer was included in the price estimate. -Another time a few garments were poorly printed missing several layers of a design and when they were brought back to be fixed even the re-do's were all messed up. The final straw leading us to feeling we had no choice but to forewarn anyone else looking to do business with triangle was the last order that was placed that came back looking nothing like the original mock-up design. When Angie called to have the final design approved, she sent a blurry picture of the design printed on a folded t-shirt which made it appear they would be printing it at the bottom of the garment which is how the design was supposed to be placed, but when it was picked up from the shop the workers just threw the boxes in her trunk without showing her, and it wasn't until she got home that she realized how wrong the placement/ sizing of the design truly was. It was smack dab in the middle of the hoodie, and completely resized from the initial design. Not only that, but she approved a 14x 14" design and this was even smaller than that with ink cracks throughout. when asked how the issue could be resolved, Angie offered 0 resolution and gaslit the entire situation making their mistake out to be my business partners problem. This company doesn't do quality control on their embroidery or their screen printing projects, and does not take customer feedback seriously whatsoever. When we tried to explain to Angie over the phone what issues we had with the last batch of mistake products, she was completely apathetic, offered zero resolution, and even was so rude as to say the way the design was meant to be would've "looked stupid", which, in my opinion is extremely unprofessional and has nothing to do with the task at hand. They aren't the designers, they are the printers. Basically, if you want to waste your hard earned money on messed up products delivered later than expected with poor customer service/ communication from start to finish, go ahead and give this place a shot but I'd highly recommend going literally anywhere else if you're looking for a quality job with attention to detail. If I could give 0 stars I would.
