My company was at a tradeshow in Chicago last week and we needed more flyers printed pretty quickly…read moreto promote our webinar. We had some printed at Fedex and they were ridiculous - $113 for 50. So I got on Yelp to find a local printer who could print 50 more flyers for us at a reasonable price. Hensley Co. came up highly rated so I called them for an estimate. I spoke to Sarah, the company's President and she said even though printing wasn't really one of their services, they could handle it because of the small quantity. And they could do it for a quarter of the cost of Fedex! Even better than their prices was that their service was above-and-beyond. Sarah emailed me to let me know the flyers hadn't been picked up the next morning and when I told her we would come the following morning, she offered to personally drive them to McCormick Place and deliver them to my team. Great service doesn't get much better than that!

So I'm standing there, staring at the note wondering what in tarnation it means, and this jumps out the delivery door of the copy shop, and yells at me that the back tire of my bike was too close to his door. (18 inch clearance, door still opened, not a public entrance, no signage.) So he incoherently threatened to vandalize my bike and destroy my stuff because it was legally and safely parked on a public sidewalk? Come on dude, get a life.
