Update 1/8/15 I have to say that if you can love a printing company - this is the one! I contacted Sargon late on Thursday afternoon and told him I needed 200 copies of a program for an event hosted by my job that was happening Monday. Given my previous good experience with them, they were the first to come to mind for my important, time-sensitive project. Surprisingly, although I'd only used this printer once before -- when I called, Sargon remembered me. Nice, huh? So he indicated that he would take care of my order and I'd have it on time. I have to say the price was great again, but most importantly, he had the programs delivered via messenger the same day! Very impressive service. So I sent them my program Friday morning around 10am and received the printed/folded programs by 5pm the same day! Definitely gave me a sign of relief to have the programs ready and delivered so quickly. They really are the best! read more

I have been using Quicker Printers for my nonprofit's printing needs for the past year and have been so satisfied with their services. We've had end of year newsletters, an annual report and our benefit's programs printed here and each of the products has been perfect! We've received so many compliments on the quality of our materials and (while I'd love to take all the credit), I know a big part of that has to do with how professional the printing has been. Sargon has been wonderful to work with! He's timely in his email responses, has talked through which weight/type of paper to use for different jobs and was extremely helpful with a job when the publisher file was acting funky. Sargon has been flexible with pick-ups from different volunteers and accepting payment over the phone when I can't be there in person with my credit card. I work for a TINY nonprofit organization and am so grateful for this affordable, fast and reliable printing service. Even though I no longer am in the neighborhood regularly, I will still always use Quicker Printers for our print jobs. It's worth the drive. :) I highly recommend them! read more

I freaking love these guys or maybe it's a family, I don't know but they turn out quality prints. There is no hassle, they are always really nice and do an excellent job. It is always a lot cheaper than I was expecting and the guy who talks to you at the counter is also the guy that does the work so there is nothing that is lost in communication. Sargon can answer your questions in simple terms that make sure everything gets done right. As a graphic designer, the biggest headache is going from the perfect universe on the screen to the any number of technical problems with ink and paper at high speeds. These guys know what they're doing because they own the machines they work with and they care about their customers because they are not just in the building to earn a paycheck. They seem to enjoy doing a good job and I applaud them for it. I always try to get my clients to go with a local shop because they provide quality that Kinkos and the internet can't, Quicker is my choice in Edgewater. read more

I was a walk in and had a small printing job request 100 flyers etc, I was given a price etc, job was agreed to and because email was not sent in fast enough a very rude and abrupt gentlemen decided that he would cancel my order. He was so unprofessional, I was in complete shock and the look on his co-workers face who agreed to the job was completely embarrassed. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. read more

This place is great! I was able to get some resumes printed quickly on some nice quality paper with no waiting. The woman helping me was so nice and attentive. My only disappointment was that they weren't able to download files directly from my external hard drive, but once I got the files from an email I was good to go. The prices are good too! They also quoted me on some prints for my design work and I was amazed by the low price! I'm definately going to go here again when I need things printed. read more

Wow this place is amazing! I called in a frantic bind...kinkos was printing my pub file with blocks and backed up with orders (as per usual)....the man I talked to, Sargon, was SO nice. He did basically everything under the sun to try and help me. He went in and altered everything til the print out came out as I wanted it...and the price? Less than half the cost of those kinkos crooks...and without the attitude and wait I often find at the kinkos I used to be a customer of. The service is friendly, fast, and cheap! read more

So good, I want to give them 6 stars!! After our printer for wedding programs decided they didn't have time (uh, 2 days before.), I was desperately seeking a printer who would do a better job than I would at Kinkos. I realized this was any print shop, but I was SO happy to find Quicker Printers in my neighborhood! The process was very easy. I emailed info to the shop, and they quickly called back and requested a different file type. They talked me through what they needed from the design, even when I had no idea what "bleed" meant. Service was kind when I finally made it to the print shop. I felt welcomed and everyone there shared in the excitement of our big wedding day!
