    Employees basically ignore customers here until they're approached. I came in to look for something and didn't really find what I wanted, but did see they had a headphone and to iPhone adapter that I've been meaning to get so I picked one up. The cashier didn't speak to me except ask if I had Staples Rewards, and ask if it was cash or card. She handed me my receipt, but not my item, so I reached across the counter to get it while she went back to whatever she was doing before. I guess I should be glad I almost never have occasion to go to Staples.

    You can always count on having a great customer service oriented experience at this Staples location. I'm always very pleased with not only what the store has to offer but the helpfulness of the employees as well. Don't know why people rate This store so low. They always been amazing all the printing an office supply needs I've ever had. The staff is always helpful and always polite. They take calls from customers seriously and whenever I have questions, they are always willing to answer and even to resolve issues on my laptop. Thank you Staples providing a cheap but also extremely efficient and helpful office supply depot in Chicago area.

The total charge included getting my battery replaced as well, which is something I've needed for the last year. Luckily for me it was a great 2 birds one stone deal. They did everything by the next business day and everything worked as expected. 50% deposit and balance upon completion. Super straightforward. The best part is that they are professional, communicative, and you can tell they aspire to high quality all around in their operations. I'll be coming to them next time I need a repair or upgrade.     I was initially very pleased with the quick turnaround and friendly service when I had my iPhone…read morescreen replaced. They were pleasant and professional and we exchanged a bit of humor over the phone and in person. Unfortunately, just two weeks later, a noticeable black blob appeared on the new screen near the Dynamic Island. This looks like OLED screen bleed or a defect. The phone has remained in a case with a screen protector the entire time and has not been dropped, bumped, or otherwise mishandled. Given the timing (only 2 weeks after installation) and the specific location of the spot, this issue is almost certainly the result of either a defective replacement screen or a problem during installation (such as trapped dust, adhesive, or pressure damage). It is not consistent with normal use or accidental damage. I offered to bring the phone in so they could inspect it in person, but they declined and immediately dismissed the warranty claim without examination. While I understand repairs aren't perfect, I'm disappointed they are unwilling to stand behind their work and honor the warranty on what is clearly a post-repair defect. I went from a satisfied customer who would have returned and recommended them to someone who can no longer do so. Potential customers should be aware that warranty support may not be reliable here. EDIT: Contrary to the response below the phone was never physically inspected. Rather, the response was based on a set of photos sent showing the issue which, alone, would be virtually impossible to come to a conclusion of physical damage versus defective product. As a customer, you are in a no win situation here as no matter what happens they are going to blame you and not the manufacturer or installation for the problem.

    uBreakiFix is a chain, but still with a name with that how can you not be skeptical? Well I have an…read moreiPhone, and my family decided to go with AT&T's insurance plan. When I dropped my phone and had a white line going down the screen, I filed a claim to have it fixed. I was expecting to have to go to an AT&T store, but all the uBreakiFix spots popped up as well. This spot is closer to me than any AT&T store so I came here on a Monday morning to drop it off. It wasn't busy, and after giving my phone number they were able to look up my claim and asked me to come back in 90 minutes. Used that time to get lunch (but was also sadly reminded a lot of restaurants are closed Mondays). I came back a little early and my phone was all set to go. Since it was via my insurance the payment just shows up in the phone bill. My only complaint was they put a screen protector on which I thought was nice, until I realized it was covering up the part of the phone you put your ear on - I was confused why my calls were so muffled. Still, not much to complain about! Obviously this is a unique scenario as I'm not just coming in with a random problem, and I assume my issue was a common one, but at least I can say they fixed my minor phone problem well.
