Really reasonably priced & great quality, with a wood backer to the print to hang easily. This artist has some really cool work, mostly Chicago based street photography with a colorful graphic art modification, as well as photographs. I just recently came across the storefront on Paulina & Milwaukee & was super excited! The small (hence the name Crawl Space) yet gorgeous gallery has a few more artists displayed now also, all Chicago based artwork with the same options for materials. This studio also functions as a print shop, I'm an artist myself and am looking into having a few things printed on their materials. I recommend stopping by or contacting online. They helped with menus for my wedding, stickers for a retirement party & garage sale fliers. Every job was completed on time & better than I expected. Just look at the pictures from my last project. I sent the same file with the same requirements to both places. Not hard to tell who I went with. RossPrinting took the time to square up my poster with out me asking or charging extra. On top of that the quality of paper was much better & cheaper.

This is what excellent customer service is all about. They were responsive, friendly, and went over and above, even for a relatively small job like mine. If you would drive to get to a chain store, you may as well drive to Ross. Their service is outstanding, and I will use them in the future for any printing needs. When I went to go pick them up just after 11, the prints were not ready. No problem, I decided to go grab a coffee and come back. When I came back, she informed me that they would need more time, and it would be best if I came back in an hour. I went home and came back around 1pm. When I got there, they said they still needed to cut the prints. When they suggested I leave and come back, I kindly let them know I've already left without them twice and would really prefer to not do it again. By 1:30 I was able to leave with the prints. They turned out nice, but the lack of customer care was frustrating, especially when I was told I could expect them at a certain time, and didn't end up receiving them until over 2 hours later.

My wife and I were quite excited for the program and we have gone five different days now at different price points and we both agree that: 1- this was a great idea in theory. 2- this is not working at all. 3- you can't just upload Amazon trash on your customers and call it a deal. The VAST MAJORITY of the items are not worth spending a dollar on. These have to be items where it would be a loss for Amazon to restock it so they sell it in bulk to Staples and staples tries to make a couple bucks selling literal garbage to your already dwindling brick and mortar clientele. It's embarrassing for your company. I'm old school so I'll still pop in from time to time when I need pencils, but the bins are a complete failure.

I've visited here to mail packages as well as use the printing services. Because I'm able to access the printers without help from the employees, I can usually get out of there pretty quickly. The biggest downside is that on more than one occasion the printer has been out of ink. Where it gets tricky is when you have to mail a package and interact with the employees, because the team has zero motivation to be quick or efficient. If you're able to get there when there isn't a line, you might have a chance to get out of there quicker, but otherwise just know they will be taking their TIME. At the top, or behind the counter, sits a kind and benevolent guru named Guy, who is there for all my and your printing needs. He was patient with me when I forgot to put in printer's marks. When I went to pick up the proofs, he brought me behind the counter and into the printing room and his computer to show me why my particular design would have cropping issues. He patiently sent me back to the drawing board and happily emailed me to tell me when it was time to come back for attempt number two. The prints look great. I can't comment on the prices because the boss writes the checks not me, but Guy is great to work with. I know his phone calls will make me laugh and his prints will make me smile.

He not only educated me with biz card design formats but also adjusted my digital asset, all for an incredible affordable price. It was an urgent job and he had me covered. Now he is my PRINT guy! All my print campaigns and company product sheets are going to him for sure. If you are in the Lakeview/Ravenswood/Lincoln Park area definitely go to Guy. Terrible customer service altogether…read more I went in, expecting to send a single letter overseas and the service to be done in 15 minutes because there was no line in front of me and the clerks took 35-40 minutes. And despite my writing everything in neat handwriting, they still managed to mess up the address TWICE and my NAME which is not long and easy to spell. And they still asked the content of my envelope three times like they are foreign objects. Just admit that you cannot read cursive letters and ask for me to spell it out. It's OK to ask instead of wasting my time. I ended up being late to my other commitments. NEVER again.

Illegal charges…read more Called to ask (rang 30x before answered) if I could print out a label using my UPS account in the store. Was told yes. Arrived at the store and asked which computer I could use to login to my account to print the label. Logged in and printed label. Attached label to package and handed it to the kid behind the counter. He says it's $1.22. Didn't even realize he was talking to me. So person who answered the phone made no mention of a fee. The kid who told me which computer I could use to print out the label made no mention of the fee. No sign next to the computer making any mention of a fee. When I hit the print button on the computer screen, it made no mention of a fee. It is their job to make the customers aware of a fee beforehand allowing us to decide if we still want to use this service. A woman in the store at the same time said she wanted to use the fax machine. She was immediately made aware of the cost, prior to using this service. CHARGING ME AFTER THE FACT IS ILLEGAL. What prevents them from charging me any amount they want. Should've taken my package and left. The amount charged is not the point.
