They helped with menus for my wedding, stickers for a retirement party & garage sale fliers. Every job was completed on time & better than I expected. Just look at the pictures from my last project. I sent the same file with the same requirements to both places. Not hard to tell who I went with. RossPrinting took the time to square up my poster with out me asking or charging extra. On top of that the quality of paper was much better & cheaper.

I emailed them at night about making some copies for a workshop I teach, they responded immediately and I emailed them the file. The next morning they emailed me asking if I wanted color or black and white, gave me the price options, and offered to staple the pages together. They are the best! This is what excellent customer service is all about. They were responsive, friendly, and went over and above, even for a relatively small job like mine. If you would drive to get to a chain store, you may as well drive to Ross. Their service is outstanding, and I will use them in the future for any printing needs. Arrived at the store and asked which computer I could use to login to my account to print the label. Logged in and printed label. Attached label to package and handed it to the kid behind the counter. He says it's $1.22. Didn't even realize he was talking to me. So person who answered the phone made no mention of a fee. The kid who told me which computer I could use to print out the label made no mention of the fee. No sign next to the computer making any mention of a fee. When I hit the print button on the computer screen, it made no mention of a fee. It is their job to make the customers aware of a fee beforehand allowing us to decide if we still want to use this service. A woman in the store at the same time said she wanted to use the fax machine. She was immediately made aware of the cost, prior to using this service. CHARGING ME AFTER THE FACT IS ILLEGAL. What prevents them from charging me any amount they want. Should've taken my package and left. The amount charged is not the point.

After this taking so long I said I needed to leave and he continued to ignore my multiple requests to get my thumb drive back. He continued to print, and it was upside down, charged me full price and made me late to the appointment I needed to get to. Who would have guessed making 20 copies double sided would take a copy place 30 minutes...and still get it wrong!
